See, you get a GREAT set of discount coupons for Jack's food in the mail, and the prices look really good. So you pick out the family food offer you want, and plan to have Jack for dinner, right? You get the the drive up window and give Jac your order, but the flighty fool behind the microphone says "oh, sorry, we don't honor that coupon here". What the fluff?? Where, Jack, is it honored?? I honestly never write reviews but when service is so consistently terrible I feel like it's an obligation, the food is great it's usually warm but the wait time is always unbearably long, today I ordered food about 30 minutes before showing up on the app, I ordered at 2:00 and it was supposed to be ready by 2:20 but here I am yet again waiting for twenty minutes in the parking lot because they haven't even started the order before I arrived, I've also done DoorDash for them and noticed it's like this for everyone, they never start the order until you come and ask for it, it's been rare where it's actually ready like two times in my life rare, on top of everything one of the cooks looks either sick or is on drugs, I wish we had another jack in the box in this town because honestly this one has terrible workers. This location is a 24 hour location and yesterday at 2 am me and my wife ordered from here via online order. When I get there they were closed and refusing service to everyone, which there was about 5 or 6 cars including mine parked sitting there wondering why we were charged for our food if they are closed. We called no response even though there was 2 employees visible through the windows. So this morning we called and they gave us the option to either have the order made or a refund. We tried to just get the order and things were okay, even the manager that we talked to who was a female was being nice and helpful. Ibealked into the location asked for my meal and that's when everything went south. The night manager Jose is a cocky, ignorant and disrespectful human being. When I tried to explain to him he cut me off saying that he already refunded the money to our account which was a bold face lie. Then continues to argue with me saying they were never closed and treating me like I'm someone trying to scam them. They will check the security cameras and see me pulling on locked doors with the employees waving the closed signal at me. Because I told Jose he was wrong he then told me that of he could see our bank card so he could refund us ("WHICH HE DID ALREADY") then follows with a after this hes going to refuse me service from now on all because he's pulling some shady stuff and lying to the public about hours of operation. Their excuse is that they are closed everyday for maintenance from 1 am to 4am so why lis5 yourself as a 24hr establishment. This man child has been very rude to elderly people and elderly women. He shows extreme racism to African American people all while publicly talking crap about those customers in front of other customers. He clearly has no utomer representative skills to be holding such a title. Jack in the Box you need to be aware this guy has been getting over on you guys for years and has lost you a lot of business here in town and that's the only location here in town so I know you had to feel the loss somehow. Wife went to pickup an order for Door Dash at this facility and had to wait 30 minutes for it to be completed. Observed drive thru customers and counter orders get their orders before my wife's pickup for Door Dash. The Door Dash customer received their food cold due to the staff in efficiency to get the food out in a timely manner. read more

This Jack in the Box is supposedly open 24/7. But every time I try to order when I get done with work (often between 2 and 4 in the morning), the only thing these employees serve is excuses. "The computer is down." Or "We're not taking orders until 4:45". It must be expensive to pay employees to do literally nothing for the night shift. Either serve your customers or shut down for the night. Corporate needs to clamp down on these clowns. read more

Stopped here while passing through to grab some coffee at the drive thru and were charged almost double the menu price. Driving up to the window we were charged even more than on the speaker. When we asked about the prices on the board they said the price es in the computer are different and they can't honor it or Change it. So many things went wrong with this visit. Ordered on the mobile app. Went to location, no cars at all in line of drive thru. Young snarky girl said would have to wait 10 minutes as mobile order didn't arrive. Per Mobile app, says 5-7 minutes. Asked if could order smothered steak and parm fries, said no had to wait for mobile order. Told her this was not apart of the mobile order and paying cash. She asked 5 times if it was steak and bacon, laughing in between answer/asking. Said Steak firmly and without any rudeness. Came to window; paid cash. She laughed as she gave the fries. Asked us to wait above line (no cars in line at all) we moved forward. Fries were basically temp of outside, 60s and the stuff on top was inedible; like glue due to being cold but I wish it ended there. Came out about 4 minutes later and gave us the bag for the mobile order, no napkins in first bag, a few in the last. Went home gave to the kids... moments later.... problems. Their burgers were basically raw. They were sourdoughs and the bread, not grilled. Burger temp was 62. As we both looked at the sandwiches to view sandwich bread, raw cheese and cold burger, on both sourdough sandwiches. Ordered grilled onions as a add-on; they again, cold as ice and completely NOT grilled ; like the sourdough, cheese, and burger patty.I've done several mystery shops for Jack in the Box and decided to call, as it was inedible, dangerous and completely devoid of food safety. Asked to speak to a manager. Got a young girl again, she said she was in charge, asked her name. She said "the girl in charge," I said no I need your name. She stated,"I'm In charge J.Box!" I'm very disgruntled at this point. Told her what was wrong, the other young girl in the background laughing hysterically and unprofessionally. I let her know I've done many mystery shops for this location and I would be contacting the corporate office directly; which I did. One particular employee had a very bad attitude. I asked for no egg in my breakfast sandwich mind you that was all I purchased and I had to pull up and wait a good 5 minutes. The girl who brought out my food acted as if my breakfast sandwich with no egg was such a inconvenience I said thank you and she did not respond back. I open my sandwich and it literally is maybe lukewarm, one side of the sandwich wasn't even toasted and the cheese was not melted on that side. I pulled up to Jack in da box after hitting jaspers bar. It says jack in the box is open 24 hours but I tried to get some tacos and they said nah man lobby close at 10. Man, what a disappointment to not feel valued as a customer. Stopped at the drive-thru for some grub to feed my work crew. I mostly ordered tacos, but I was craving egg rolls. I ordered quite a few things ($30 of things) and was pleased with how quickly I got my order. Upon examination of my food I see there are no egg rolls. So, it being lunchtime at the high school it was no easy task to pull around through traffic and teenagers to walk inside and remedy my dilemma. Except the manager was nothing shy of awful. I brought my receipt and said there were no egg rolls. She got them for me and then let me know she had put them "in one of the bags." No, you didn't. I know this as I checked three times and the egg rolls were the only thing I ordered for myself. I assure you that if they were in one of the bags I wouldn't have stopped stuffing my face with them long enough to go through the hassle of high school traffic. I grabbed rolls from her and received a sarcastic remark as I parted ways. To add insult to injury, the egg rolls were ready when I went inside which means they were either made for me initially or the claim that food is made to order doesn't apply here. Bleh. read more
