These guys work there ass off to bring you people your late night calorie addiction and your going to see this place get a 2 star review... well not me amateurs here's a review. Kyliee is incredible... I've been coming to this place for 5 flupping years almost every night and she's by far the coolest employee I've seen at this place. she's witty, funny, fast on her service and sure to make you laugh at the window. As someone who's 20 y/o body building figure dreams has been completely lost and avoided due to the heart stopping(literally) good food that you guys are putting out, might I say, that I like her. She's a keeper guys. The food is jack n the box as always. Let's be honest, your not coming here because you got a raise at work. Lets be honest, these fast food places pretty much all taste the same. The only thing that differentiate each location is the people who work there. I came here on a saturday afternoon and order about 25 burgers/sandwiches. i believe it was the manager or whoever it was but she look like she was in charge. she was on top of everything!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! I ordered a large french fry and when my husband got home they only filled the container halfway up. I called the store, spoke to Amber which was the most awful experience. She told me that the only thing that she will do is give me a small french fry for the inconvenience. I told her I didn't pay for a small fry. She told me that she refuses to give me my money back. She wouldn't let me speak at all and kept cutting me off. Disgusting behavior!!!!. She literally had the hugest attitude in the end and sarcastically laughing. While I was talking she put down the phone and ignored me. Horrible morning service. I drove into the drive lane at 10:10am I left the drive lane at 10:30am and I drove away with no food. There where only 4 cars in the lane. Both mornings I've tried to get breakfast they have made me wait behind the window and then signal me to pull up. Your drive wait is non of my problem, you should not force customers to wait till you signal them to pull forward. I wait 5 minutes and the employee never asks me to pull forward to pick up my food so I pull forward anyways because I don't have all day. I've already been in the drive through for 20 minutes. I get to the window and she holds up her figure to me to signal me to wait and closes the window on me. So I drove off. I'm not going to support and pay for food at an establishment that obviously can't figure out what good customer service is. You get what you get when you go to jack in the box but the service at this location is some of the worst I've ever seen. read more

I am so dissatisfied with this jack in the box. Has to be the far worst of them all. I come to this one because I live down the street and it's the closest to me. First off everytime I come here there always rude. The drive thru is terrible at the speaker and it doesn't work. The crew here are very rude and act like they don't even want to work and hate it. Poor management. They mess up my orders everytime I come here. If you say no sauce on something there sure to add extra. I ordered some tacos at night from the drive thru easy sauce extra lettuce and I get home there is sauce soaking through the taco wrapper no lettuce hardly and it's wilted bad along being soggy from all the sauce. I can't have a lot of sauce because it hurts my stomach. No bother calling them because they don't care that's why I'm writing this review and hope they do something about it. This has been going on for along time every since I moved out this way. It's been over a year. Nothing has changed. It's poorly ran and is terrible. When I asked for extra cheese tonight the guy said there cheese was frozen and they didn't have any they had to thaw it out! Really no cheese??? I ordered a southwest salad and they were out of that but all one salad which was a Cobb salad but was terrible made. This makes me so mad that people just don't care here. When I want something to eat it's a shame I can't come here because All I think about is how horrible there service and food is. It all comes down to the management and how the stores are ran and trained properly. If your a manager and your lazy your crew will be to and follow you. No excuse why a food place should ever be ran like this and such rude service. They have only one person working at night as well there and they get backed up on small items. The reason I'm giving this location 5 stars is because of the customer service I receive from Emmanuel. He works the late night drive thru shift and is always pleasant and his customer service is on point. This location is open 24 hours vs the thousand palms location and the food is ok. I love to support all local businesses, and customer service is key. read more

Food is uncooked. Also, to the man at the window, do not scold me for pulling up to the window when there is no one in line. The timer is the least of your worries. Even though you tell me to back up and that it's totally optional and I say no, please do not ask me again. Horrible customer service and the food is cold. Management is very rude. There was a woman who received the wrong order and she was told by the manager "Well I didn't take your order!" And proceeded to argue with the customer over why the order was wrong. She took the next person's order and made part of that order and completely ignored me. I was tired of waiting so I went elsewhere. A word of advice, hire qualified managers who can handle working during busy times and who can give FRIENDLY SERVICE. Also train your staff to not use profanity when customers are within earshot. Highly unprofessional. read more

He'd take orders and cook all by himself. He's a champion who, despite the stress, got orders right, showed politeness and professionalism, worked quickly, and showed compassion for his coworker. My friends and I contemplated going to this Jack in the Box after we saw it was 2 stars. We figured it couldn't be that bad. Now we know why. SO first of all, there were only 4 cars in the drive thru line and this line took 45 MINUTES. In n out line goes quicker when there is 20 cars in line!! Tha fuck. We finally got our food however the next day, the horror had just begun. On our drive the next morning my stomach began to churn. I had not eaten anything since Jack the Box so there was no doubt about what had poisoned my stomach. We had to pull over the car THREE TIMES SO I COULD THROW UP THAT PUTRID JUMBO JACK MEAL. AND my kind friend almost drove us off a cliff trying to pull over so I could get rid of my projectile vomit. Thanks to this stomach flu, I could not finish my essay that was due the next day because I was blowing chunks every 20 minutes. Went and ordered a spicy chicken combo, large. I know what I'm ordering can you please wait until I'm finished talking before you cut me off like I've never ordered from a drive thru in my life. Also why is my chicken ready before my fries...if you make everything when I order it. And when you ask me if I want curly fries as a way to make up for the wait...I should have stopped you there. Because now I have a moderately fresh sandwich and lack luster curly fries (they were old) and it's not about the cost I just don't prefer the damn curly fries. But rather than let my sandwich get cold while I wait for my large fries I agree to take the curly fries you offer. Then I get home the curly fries were small, Why if I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo large do I get small fries. If it's about cost why do I suffer because you are the ones who want to keep your service times low. You offered me something I didn't want to help you out and you stiff me. Oh and you have one person take an order, another attempt to take the money and then you ask me about my fries and before I answer you walk away. Then you throw me some food then remember my drink and you almost forgot to ask me for money. What a slipshod crew. It's so inconsistent here but it's close so I put up with it. But at the very least quit talking over people while they order....it's rude and you end up screwing it up. read more

The food is good most of the time, it's hot and fresh by the time I get home which is no more than 4 minutes away. One complaint I do have is that I always get asked to park. There is nobody behind me, nobody waiting in line so what's the deal? By the time I'm leaving only one car has pulled up. I always order for me my girl and my son so we kinda get a big order but I don't like waiting out in the parking lot every time. Even for large fries and a shake they make me wait. Also, last time I went, when I did receive my food, I was missing three monster tacos so I had to get down with my sleeping toddler, and take them the bags and show them I did not receive my food. Of course the employee who helped me apologized but I would just like to receive my full, exactly what I paid for and be on my way. Good food but you gotta wait for it and some of it might be missing sometimes, so check your bags. read more

I went on a Sunday night, it was very busy as all the coachella goers were leaving, when it was our turn to order my friends wanted to do separate orders. Once I told the woman that she flipped on me, saying she's not going to do that she's all alone and the cook, and she will not do separate orders. Which I understand you may short staffed and are super busy but there's no excuse to talk to a customer like that, then we put in our order and it's dead quiet so we think she didn't hear us so we repeat it and very rudely she says, "yea yea I got that" like excuse me usually when we say a order we get some sort of response. Then we continue our order and again dead silence I don't want to repeat it in fear shes gonna be rude again and after a long while she says she didn't hear anything so we repeat it all, we're sitting there for almost 5 min waiting for our total or some sort or response and nothing so I just drive up. I guess during the night something equipment malfunction and the person in front of me didn't get any of their food, I felt terrible for them. Once it's finally our turn I notice a couple other people working, which I got upset because she first went off on me for being alone and can't do separate orders. Once we got our food it was all cold, and by the way by the time we got in line and finally left it was about an hour. Again I understand it was busy but it was so unnecessary to speak to us like that, I work in customer service and no matter how busy and difficult I have never given attitude or spoken to a customer like that, there is a better way to explain the situation. read more
