My overall experience at this Jack in the Box was a 3 and that's only because I was helped right away and the cashier was very nice ( I believe her name was liz ) but after I placed my order ...it took the people cooking in the back almost 30 mins to bring out my food ( which was a total of 4 tacos ) and they only remembered because I asked (Liz) how much longer it would be for them to come out and she went and asked and because it was dead inside I overheard the conversation that she was having with who I assume was her manager . ( where the other lady was telling her that she has no idea there was another order , and that she wasn't trying to be mean but she needed to learn how to do it right ?) and then the girl proceeded to bring out the tacos . I love jack and the tacos they have especially since I don't get to eat them all the time ! But I don't appreciate when employees are being told off or made look stupid ...in front of customers it's very unprofessional. read more

Everytime I come to this location the staff at the drive through window are extremely rude, the line always takes almost an hour to get through. Even if you place a mobile order expect to wait at the store for an hour while staff in the kitchen talk and goof around. Beyond unprofessional just for your fries to be cold or missing food items. Been there about once every couple months since my last review. Food and service is still ok - maybe even slightly better. But the prices are super high. So are all the other fast food places. Stopped at Jack in the Box this morning because I knew I had a long day ahead at work. Pulled up to order the intercom was low and the employee told me I was low with attitude the service was already horrible and we were the only ones in line. I should've known from the start something was off. Placed my order, pulled up, grabbed the food, and headed to work. Once I got there and opened my sandwich... it was just cheese and a cold egg. Nothing else. Then I opened my cinnamon sticks no cinnamon on them at all. Then My experience at Jack in the Box this morning it got worse. I called to request a refund after receiving the wrong order (cheese and a cold egg on my sandwich, no cinnamon on the cinnamon sticks). They refused to give me my money back and told me to "come back another day" because they couldn't find the order. The manager on the phone was not helpful at all. The orders are always going to be wrong, the staff is extremely rude I might even say b*tchy since the drive thru worker called me one over the speaker. Throwback to when I put in an online order to pick up and didn't get it till 2 hours later because they left it on a rack and did not bring it when asked. I'm not paying 15$ to get a regular burger instead of the buttery jack I asked for. Not to mention that if you do go through the drive thru even if you are the only customer it will take them about 30 minutes just to give you the wrong food. This is the third time we've been fucked over using DoorDash from this location. This was seriously the worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to. The girl at the drive through window was rude from the moment I drove up. She then proceeded to argue with me about whether they had a regular spicy chicken sandwich She insisted they only make a spicy chicken club. She then dismissed me without giving me the drinks I ordered. When i said I didn't get my drinks, I got an eyeroll as though I was asking her to do something outside her job description. She was nice enough to hand me drinks with the soda dripping all down the side, so that was great for my cup holders. Then I get home to find out that the curly fries I ordered were actually almost an equal mix of curly fries and regular fries...not a few stragglers, almost 50/50. Not to mention the container was barely full. I made the mistake of calling to let a manager know. Spoke to the person in charge for the shift and played 20 questions on what the girl looked like.
