Have been here multiple times and the gentleman who speaks a little English is very slow. I waited 10 full minutes behind a car trying to order, when I pull up he says "one minute please. " While I wait, several cars have pulled up behind me and have pulled out and left. After another 10-15 minutes I finally ask if he's ready for my order. For example, I was able to write this entire review in the time I was waiting to pull up to the window to pay. Maybe theyre super understaffed and he's the only one working? But holy cow, this really takes the fast out of fast food. My overall time waiting to get food was 25 minutes. read more

This location has run hot and cold over the years. As the panhandler population increases and local mainstays go out of business, the area is not one that makes you appetite thrive! It is a convenient spot to grab a quick bite for me on the way home. It is maintained, but be prepared to be distracted by panhandlers and the boarded up restaurant next door. I was craving the Double Jumbo Jack combo and it was easily ordered and in my hands in a flash. The staff was very professional and friendly! It was prepared well, hot stuff hot and cold stuff cold. The fries were perfect and hot! The drink was not too full of ice! The burger was a perfect Jumbo Jack! read more

Jack in the Box - Fast Food Near Me - Dallas, Texas

Ordered a burger and meat lovers burrito. Place took forever to make the food and then they forgot to include my burrito. Didn't notice until I got back to my place. Partly my fault for not checking the bag before I left, guess it is too much to ask that they do a thorough job. Oh well, lesson learned. I won't be going back to that location. read more

I've ordered for pickup through the app here 3 times now and the order has been ready and correct every time! The employees have always been very nice as well. read more

I just had the Tiny Loaded Tacos and the were awesome. I am very picky and do not normally write reviews but they were hot and cooked perfectly with the perfect amount of sauce. The service was fast and the attendant was friendly. read more

This jack-in-the-box gets one star instead of zero because their employees were nice. Outside of the restaurant in the parking lot was a used baby diaper full of fecal matter. That should have been my first warning. Inside the menu was normal and place looked fine. But after ordering we walked into the women's room and it was clear there was more feces on display inside. No toilet paper was to be found and so we used the disposable seat covers as toilet paper. In the trash it was obvious that others had done the same but rather than flush their excrement, they placed it in the trash can. The resulting aroma was phenomenal. When I told the girl out front that they were out of toilet paper, she said she was just going to check the back room. Clearly the bathroom had been in that condition for awhile. I suspect the place just does not have the traffic to support the basics like people who clean the bathrooms and toilet paper. So I'm hoping the food is ok. read more

TERRIBLE!! They used to have good service and now with the new people they have hired it's pathetic. Meals are made wrong and the homeless people get treated better when they come in. They give them way more food and I didn't even see them pay for it. Messed up my order twice back to back and decided to ask for my refund. I no longer wanted their food. I wasn't offered anything for my inconvenience for DRIVING back to this location to get my food right. Thanks for nothing Jonathan . Very unprofessional and there was only 2 people working there this evening. Where are the other workers?! Took my money to Wendy's to get reliable food service done right. As I was walking out a man was walking in upset about his meal too. If you're overwhelmed get more help. Simple as that! read more

All I can say is that this store is horrible. Out of the last 10 times I have gone there, my food was wrong 9 times. If you want a chicken sandwich, order eggs. If you want eggs, order a burger, if u want a burger, oder a chicken sandwich. This place is a joke. Only reason I gave it a 1 star instead of a 0 star is that I am forced to give a star but it should be a negative 5 stars. Close that store down. I'll never go back again! read more

This morning was the worst experience at this place. It wasn't even busy but it took so long to get my order taken because the person wasn't listening to what I was saying. Now sitting here waiting on my food, he hasn't even taken my money. I had to set up my own drink carrier and remind him he forgot one of my drinks. read more

When we got to the window we asked if we could make 2 separate orders she said no because she could only take 1 orders and when we ordered our first burger she had a mood like ughh then she asked small medium or large but right before that she said ughh and it was like that for the chicken sandwich extra fried another burger tacos and she didnt even give us a recipe but they did give us our order right its just the way she took the order that bothered us the most and the attitude read more
