Why are we at McDonald's eating our chic Fil a? Because this location brilliantly removed playland! We normally avoid this location, but have errands to run. I wonder if removing the playground has helped or hurt their bottom line? The food is superior, but drinks are cheaper at McDonald's, so I bought mine there. My daughter complained because when we got to the drive-through, we didn't have a chance to look at the menu because somebody is standing there ready to take your order and rushing you through. It was rather late in the evening, at least for me, and I was trying to resist spending money on eating out. However, my stomach was rumbling, and I really wanted some CFA. Ugh, the conflict! Ha ha! This was the second time to eat at this particular location, and I had a good enough experience the first time to warrant a second trip. This is a smaller location from the others I eat at, but the food is equally as good. In addition, the level of service is what I would expect from any CFA. Hey y'all. The weather mid-January, 77° in North Texas, bangin'. No complaints here. Was hungry. Made baked Spaghetti (pic uploaded). Yes, he did the dang thang. Had zero veggies. Wanted a salad. Who has an awesome Cobb salad? Yep, Chick-fil-A. Put the Buskettis on 250° to buy time to App up and order the salad. The only drawback is, the point of ordering in advance is to save time over drive-thru wait. If I order and my drive is 10 minutes, I should not have to wait for you to put me in line behind others, when I have completed payment in advance, and some of those in line are just pulling up in the drive-thru that haven't ordered or paid. It's the opposite of convenience. Have my order done after I pay. When I get there and input my space number, my order should hit my car in just a few minutes. Even if I don't show up, you've been compensated already. I'm dropping this to 3 stars because this is a known flaw. Doubt they care to fix it. If they wait to prep orders that are not pre-paid, I get ut. But there is no excuse to not make orders that do not include shakes, and cold drinks, that are pre-paid. First world issue folks. I ate a delicious meal. I had a delicious salad paired with it. Some will go hungry tonight, and tomorrow. Please don't read in that I am in any way ungrateful for my blessings. I am very grateful. I love the friendly staff. The food is very good. We have eaten here for breakfast, lunch and dinner over the years. I am not sure why the breakfast crowns taste so much better than the other CFA's in the area. Maybe because this CFA cooks them just right! Food is always fresh and hot. Salads are crisp, cold and amazing! My wife likes their salad that has fruit on it. I like the Cobb salad. My daughter loves their wraps. My son likes the spicy chicken sandwich. Never had to go back to the counter because something was not right. The gentleman that works the dining area is so kind. I am terrible with names so I cannot remember his at the moment. When I bring mom in to the restaurant she stays in her wheelchair and he will help find us a spot to accommodate her needs. He keeps the tables cleaned and offers to take trash from the customers table. He offers customers refills on their drinks. Decent portions and reasonably priced. Keep up the great work CFA. I went to the Chick-Fil-A on Pipeline Rd. in Hurst, TX on August 8, 2025. I have gone there for as long as the store has been open. Whenever I order the grilled chicken sandwich on the app, which is so rare, there is no place to comment "lettuce on the side". The lettuce is always soggy when I get back to work with it. So, when I pick it up, I always have to ask if I can get a piece of lettuce. This is not a problem at any other Chick-Fil-A in the Mid-Cities area. But today the lead attendant did not appreciate the request. She let me know how much she resented it. The owner came over to say hi and I had gotten the soggy lettuce off my sandwich to show her what I was talking about. When she came back, in front of the owner, she proceeded to tell me how I am always so rude when I come in and ask for the lettuce, which I rarely do, and never rudely. She told me that she and all of the managers think that I am rude. She made such a scene, while the owner looked on. This entire scene was over a piece of LETTUCE!! Extremely upset with this location and will not be returning again. I ordered breakfast on the APP at 10:14 AM. (They stop serving breakfast at 10:30) I arrive to pick up my breakfast at 10:30 to see there is nothing to pickup. The guy looks confused when I tell him my name and seems to not have even see my order. When he finally pulls it up he refuses to give me breakfast because it is 10:30, even though I well ordered it before then!! Me and my sister love chick-fil-a salads, however we had an unusually poor experience at this location the other day. The only thing that we ask for when we order our saldas is for no bacon and extra nuggets on the Cobb salad and no tomatoes on the spicy southwest salad. We were in line for 20 minutes and when we got to the window our salads still weren't ready and the employee told us to go park and wait because they were making our "super special salads", those are the words she used. This location is clean and the staff is very friendly. The timeliness or orders was good. The food we ordered was good. We were able to get refills on our drinks pretty quickly. It can get super busy and then extra loud at lunch time. And you don't wish to sit near the play area because it can get really loud. Also be sure not to park near the building itself because is can be difficult to get out when the car lines are getting long. read more

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I went thru the drive thru tonight and was challenged to a fight by Giselle because she was busy and I needed condiments. When I asked if she was serious, she said "get out of here". I then called to speak to the "manager" Audrey who advised me that she had instructed her staff to be quick at all costs during the evening rush. This location consistently gives excellent service. Today, I enjoyed ordering my food, it wasn't rushed or monotonous. I went inside to order and I had a short wait. I had a voucher card because of a previous order mishap at a different location. I asked the cashier if he accepted them. He said yes, absolutely. Oh, do you mean to pay? I said yes and he joked that he accepts gifts. I laughed and thoroughly enjoyed my ordering experience. It is nice to see someone that truly enjoys their job and has fun with it. My order was correct. I also tried two sauces that I hadn't had before, the Sriracha and Polynesian. The Polynesian is meant to be a sweet and sour sauce, but it tasted more sweet than sour. The sweet and spicy Sriracha sauce had a nice kick to it. I enjoyed it on the grilled chicken nuggets. It would also go well with the grilled chicken sandwich. I learned a new way to save money at Chick-fil-A today. They sell cow calendars for $7 and every month there is a coupon for a free item. They also have months with mystery treats. Not all Chick-Fil-A's are the same. Ordered a large chicken soup at the drive through. Price on the sign says L $4.59 with 8.25% tax should be about $5 ($4.97 to be exact). "That'll be $6.87 at the window" the attendant says. I say, "That can't be right." I take a picture and pull up to the window. "Oh that's chicken noodle soup," she says looking at the picture and ignoring the writing on the sign 'Chicken Soup S 2.85 L 4.59' She continued to argue.
