Never going here again. Went through the drive thru. I was the only person there. I ordered a small order. One meal. After paying, I was immediately asked to park. OK, so I did. And then proceeded to sit there and watch them serve FIVE other cars in the drive thru, while myself and another person sat outside and waited. When I went in 45 minutes later, they had not even started my order and gave me attitude about it. Since when is it ok to shelve customers and make them wait outside while you help EVERY OTHER PERSON AFTER THEM? Your customer service and management is laughable. Your employees treat customers with RESENTMENT and attitude. I am sorry you have to work fast food. Get some better skills and quit taking your life out on customers. Why don't you tell the people the TRUTH when you park them??? You are getting them out of YOUR way so you can help other customers with the full intent of making the parked people WAIT for well over 45 minutes. Shame on you for allowing it. After placing our order we waited for the girls in the back to finish their relationship Ted talk to finally pay then even longer for our food didn't even bother to look at us cuz she was still busy talking with the other in the back after driving off n checking my order n my burger being wrong we were gunna keep driving till I opened the burger n it was the saddest lettuce n no sauce or anything so we turned around. Welp, I gave them about a dozen chances, over the course of 4 years, and have had to back out of the drive thru about 10 of the times because they are catastrophically slow! Whether I'm the only car there or not, it takes an average of 7 min to take my order and then 7 to ten min sitting at the window just to get handed my food. It is absolutely bizarre! It is the only fast food drive thru I've ever had to leave before ordering. We initially stopped in for lunch on our road trip because the Denny's across the way said that there was an hour wait for lunch (even though there was no waiting in line, the kitchen was backed up and trying to catch up!) wow, that was weird. So we said, no way, let's find another option and this Jack in the Box was right cross the street. I ordered my usual Southwest Chicken Salad and it was heartily filled, chicken was warm, and lettuce was cold, it was a great salad and quite filling! I wish I could give less than 1 star. We stopped here and tried to order through drive-through. The girl could not hear me well, kept interrupting me, and and the order kept coming up on screen wrong. She asked my husband to order for me, and same thing happened when he tried. He spoke louder so they could hear him, and then a make voice came on and said they would not take our order now as we were being disrespectful by speaking loudly to their speaker. Hi, I just wanted to warn you if you expect fresh food, you may be disappointed, I hardly ever go here anymore due to poor customer service and old, stale food. I usually love this place and I don't live in Corning but I always make the drive because I love their curly fries. Today I made the drive to get a milk shake because it's the only thing to get rid of my heart burn. There were workers inside and all open signs were on but the doors were chained shut. I would recommend to NEVER go to this Jack in the Box. On our way down I-5, we stopped here for a quick lunch today. With only 4 individuals before us, we ordered 3 combo meals and ended up waiting 25 mins before we got our food. When I approached the cashier, there was not even an apology-- she just said it was the chicken sandwich that took so long. Even when I cook at home it wouldn't take 25 mins. Having said that, is when we got into our car to drive away since we ordered To-Go, our fries were totally cold. That's right, they packed our bags while waiting for the sandwich and let them just get cold on the counter. If I was the owner or manager, I would be embarrassed for this level of service and delivery of the final product in food service. The men's bathroom was extremely filthy and has not been cleaned in some time. It was a really terrible experience all around.
