First time eating here and we will be back again and again! These tacos were amazing. They tasted fresh and delicious. The hubs got a carnitas burrito and it was huge and he said it was great too. Order was called in and picked up with ease.

Love this truck. Extra delicious crispy pastor & papas tacos! Some if the best pastor I've had in north California.

These tacos de papa were amazing! It was like eating at my grandmas house.

First time eating tacos de papa in about 4 years. And these tacos took me back to my grandmas house. Super bomb. I can't wait til they open the restaurant. They have a customer for life.

It's going to be a tough digestive day

After entering the restaurant I was greeted by a person behind the cash register who could not understand my order. I ordered a carne asada salad and she pointed to the tacos on the menu. When I used Spanish then she could understand. There was a salad special for $13.50. I have included pictures of my salad. It was a paper plate with bagged shredded lettuce some tomatoes a few pieces of avocado and a huge pile of the scrapings from the grill that were burnt black. We will never go back. I am not sure what happened as we were a big fan of the taco truck which served delicious food. I might add that the ventilation in the building is inadequate the air was very thick I couldn't breathe and the inside of the restaurant is quite small therefore there was no ventilation I felt like I was suffocating. My final comment would be that the person up front and the gal that was cooking had heavy frown faces the vibe was very negative in the entire restaurant. There is one thing I know for sure, the food is only as good as the cook. A happy cook who cooks with love makes beautiful food. A sour face negative person cooking food couldn't possibly turn out beautiful food. There is a difference between serving your customers good food because you love food or just cooking to make a dollar

Asado Burrito was very tasty. Eating out on the patio was a little warm during the summer.

The waiter helping us was super nice even though he looked like he wasnt having a good day. He made sure we had anything we needed or asked for, he was a older gentleman. He was working his section like a champ. It was alil loud to hear but that was only cause it was so busy, very festive, atmosphere was nice, other people were satisfied with the service and food. Now from the time we walked in to being seated to ordering the food came out to us very quick, very hot and delicious. The waiter made sure to warn us of the temperature of the plates. I think the whole time we were in the restaurant was maybe an hour we had stuffed ourselves with chips & salsa and Queso so I had plenty of left-overs. Would I recommend yes would I come back of course id like to try some of the other food.

We got the chips and salsa. The chips were a little on the stale side, hard and chewy. The salsa had flavor, not much heat. The drinks were big and came out quick. The food portions are pretty big and good prices. The food was good, nothing really great. The chimichanga could have used some sauce on top instead of the sour cream which said it didn't come with. The carne asada was a big piece but a little tough. It all lacked some flavoring and the rice was dry.

Whenever I'm visiting Redding, I always like to try new places, especially searching for solid Mexican food (which isn't an easy task in such a small town). People who know me, know that I love beans - refried especially. My grandmother and father made amazing refried beans. Living in Los Angeles, there's a diverse number of places that really deliver the flavor. I digress. So, I stop at Hermanos today and ordered a bean and cheese burrito and a chorizo soft taco. The guys working there were friendly and after explaining to them that I'm visiting from Southern California and my affinity for beans (I'm a nerd, what can I say lol), they gave me a taste of their shredded beef birria. It was amazing. Melted in my mouth. So, A+ there. To the headliners... Bean and cheese burrito. The tortilla was homemade tasting/feeling (didn't appear to be store bought like some of the other places I've tried here). On a scale of 1-10, I give the beans a 7. They were better than average and better than good. Chorizo soft taco. Pretty simple taco. Soft flour tortilla, lettuce, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, and chorizo. The chorizo was cooked perfectly (That isn't a passing comment either. Chorizo can be easily under or overcooked). Great flavor. Tasted fresh. They gave me green and red salsa. Both were really tasty and enjoyable. I think I have found my new favorite Mexican spot in Redding. The true test will be their chili relleno and pozole. I will definitely be back.

Wanted to try this place out after seeing the yelp reviews. The food is good, I had birria tacos…read morealthough they don't come with au jus. The roast falls apart but isn't spicy. I might have to see if there is a spicier option next time. The service is exceptional. Super friendly, prompt and professional. We ate outside which was great. Sunny and a little windy.
