Be belittled and never have your questions answered or your concerns heard. If your water is supposed to be cut off and Joe Blow forgets to actually cut it off... they slap you with a fifty dollar tampering fee... even if you were never informed your water was actually supposed to be cut off. Sadly there are no other options for water supply or I feel these people would quickly go out of business. I've heard nothing but bad things about the "manager" Ms. Powell from anyone who has ever had the displeasure of dealing with her.
