It was going to see about Monday to find out if he had the part which he told me was really rare and they barely ever go out, but very satisfied with Doug and his professionalism on letting us know what was wrong. He also did a quick fix to where he manually lit the burner and now we have our house from 61 we decided to put it on 80. We may fry in here but it's better than 59! OK guys I just had to add this. Sells a product, but does not honor the manufacturer warranty. Do not get scammed.

I have rescue dogs and I have a seizure disorder meaning it is dangerous for me to overheat. This system is under warranty and has 6 monthly checks to make sure it is running properly. This week the system went down and several times, technicians have been out to look at it throughout the week. It needs a new compressor, they have the wrong one in stock. So they have to order another one. That means a 3 day Veterans day weekend without air-conditioning when the weather is getting hotter. I called them myself and explained that they need to do something and soon. So the ball is in their court.. I waited for a call back from their manager.. the saga continues I called back after not receiving a call back as promised a few hours later and was told that the manager wasn't available or in his office but would likely respond within two days.
