    8 minutes ago New The most disgusting and disturbing experience of my life especially as a pregnant woman. My husband and I came here to test drive a Kia telluride and talk numbers. We came at 7pm and we even asked if it was to late as I own a business and it's the only time I can get here I told the sales guy Sebastian and he insisted it was fine and I said from the beginning we are shopping around he was nice but honestly just the test drive process he couldn't even get the correct keys but we go inside and we are going to discuss numbers and he goes and brings the sales manager Carlos he comes back with him and I tell him look I just want to talk numbers and he's like you can go on kia.com for that? Excuse me his attitude was ruthless and I said why do you have a attitude and are being nasty he said I'm trying to figure out what you are doing here at this time when you can go on Kia.com I'm like you don't need to be rude and nasty he starts yelling at me and my husband telling us to get out that there are two doors and he starts to storm off and yes my husband goes why are you being a jack ass and he continues to yell and storm off. That's not how you treat people if you are looking to even try to make a sale even if we are just shopping around carlos Dominguez I believe he said was his name I've never felt so disrespected by a complete stranger I would never give this place my business I even told the sales rep Sebastian my husband and I why would you bring this man what is his issue we told you we were shopping around and we even told you if it was to late to talk when we came at 7pm a hour before closing. I will be calling to talk to the general manager Jason because how is someone like this a manager at your establishment kicking the chair all over a customer trying to discuss numbers even if we can do it on Kia.com you could have said that in a nicer way or have some customer service but you yelled at a pregnant woman and kicked us out. Sebastian you as a sales rep should do better as well and take accountability that the so called manager Carlos was rude and disrespectful for no reason. Please take your business elsewhere these men are disrespectful and clearly hate their job and like to attack pregnant woman and woman. I will def file a complaint on the better business bureau and everywhere I can because this behavior is truly unacceptable.

    I only go because it's the only parts real close to me. I maintain 5 cars, a boat & a trailer and…read morehelp work on some friend's cars. That said I'm not an every week customer. But they are the worst of all parts stores in a 30 minute drive. Let's recap just a few examples in the last year or so..... Go to pickup brake 2 rotors ordered online that were in stock. Well they can only find one. Since I have a car apart, I need 2. Well they refund my online order and only option is to downgrade one rotor to un-coated or something. But now I'm not getting my discount for online order over $100 so I'm paying more and getting one cheaper rotor. Nothing they can do about it. They ring me up. Meanwhile another employee has apparently been looking all this time and finds the missing rotor because he knows places they are put sometimes. So now they credit my order for the mismatched rotors but if I want the discount I need to place the order again online. I was probably there 30 minutes and walked out with 20 foot of receipt tape to pickup a simple online order. Then there was the oil change bundle with the STP extended life filter (their house brand) that I ordered online but they couldn't find the filter that was showing in stock. This was for a common GM application. They had other filters for this application but when I suggested they give one to me at the same price due to their mistake the manager looked at me like I had 3 heads. They were trying to push me to a more expensive bundle that included an in-stock filter but that was like $8 more and I wouldn't give them the satisfaction. I ordered from Amazon from their parking lot. Next time I ordered another pair of rotors that were in stock & crossed my fingers. Sure enough they tried to tell me they could only find one. I said no way, it's probably back there look harder and they found it. When they said they only had one again I really thought it was a practical joke. Now today I drove there to get their house brand of Dexcool full strength antifreeze that showed in stock at this store on their website. Empty slot. Employee checks their system and it shows 11 gallons in stock in their store but nowhere to be found. We tried looking through pallets of incoming deliveries without luck (I've had to do this before there to find what I needed). Again ordered from Amazon in their parking lot with free next day delivery. They should have really offered me the more expensive Peak or Prestone equivalent at the same or discounted price for my inconvenience or their incompetence but I knew better than to ask. That's enough for now.. if you want to go back farther I can tell you about times they didn't have enough cash to pay back core charges... Do better!!

And also, by making sure my car was checked out for testing of the original battery and installing the new one...
