Awful car buying experience. I foolishly bought a warranty for $3,000 which doesn't seem to cover anything. I felt totally scammed and have had to return repeatedly with car issues in the 18 months I have had my Kia. Each time service has taken an extended period of time, I have consistently waited for calls to be answered, picked up, or returned and have been told mechanic will check out the rest of my car but he never did. Bought a used car and they told me they changed everything that needed to Make the car safe...they actually did the repairs and they either misdiagnosed...the mechanics are incompetent...or this place just doesn't care. The store itself is a hole in the wall. So anyway, bring to My mechanic...he showed me how parts were put in incorrectly...rusted out oil pan...seized caliper...and on and on. It was a $734 repair... Why didn't I bring it back there? Because they installed almost everything they replaced incorrectly. Or just missed things. This was a car to use only for work. Cost $10k. Plus repairs. To be fair...the repairs were about 500 bucks...the other $$$ were things I had done. I OWN A VETTE...BMW & 2 nissans... WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE OR ANY IF THE JACK DANIELS FRANCHISES! This place is a blend of terrible salespeople...worse mechanics...a facility from the 1950's & zero customer service. I don't sue...but if I did...this junkyard would be #1 on my list. !!!STAY AWAY!!! Like others wish it could be zero stars. Unethical and lack of professionalism is best way to sum up Jack Daniels car dealership. I inquired over one car specifically. I repeatedly ask that the said car was available to be viewed and test drive and after reassurance after reassurance I scheduled an appointment. Headed out after work to the dealership. After delays with traffic, I arrived and asked to talk to someone from the internet sales dept. Some woman said she will take of us. She never called someone from internet sales department..But after looking into her computer, She told me that the car was sold. She then said the someone from the internet department called me, How would she know and here is the first lie. I went through my phone log and of course no one called let alone leaving a VM. She also said he reached out to me via email. 2nd partial lie, I did get a generic email looking forward to meeting me at designated time. 3rd lie she said she could get me one but with substantial markup. Or of course sell me something I was not interested in. Classic switch and bait which is illegal in the state of New Jersey. Personally I should have demanded a look at the date of bill of sale, of said car, but well I was already put off with this low life of a dealership. My guess the car had already been sold the day or several days before and they just wanted a live customer to come in. Oh just one other thing, after looking at the official Kia website, she could not easily get me what I was looking for, So BS is BS. But all they had to do is frankly to receive good will, is to call. How hard is that or text or email to wind good will and trust from a potential customer. But these guys are goniffs, they don't care for the customer but only to rack up sales. And the fact that she attempted a classic switch and bait, is deplorable and illegal. Jack Daniels dealership does not care whether they waste a customers time or money. Stay away from inconsiderate dealerships. It why the Tesla model is so popular, dealerships like this one gives car franchises a bad name. Stay away. I could give several other examples of lack of professionalism that took place while I was there, but frankly thinking about them is getting my blood pressure up. The worst car buying experience I have ever had. I really wanted one of the new Kia Plug in Hybrids and they were the only dealership in the area that had any so I was forced to deal with them. But if you are looking for a Kia in stock elsewhere I would goo elsewhere. In negotiations with the sales rep she kept telling me things like I can for sure get you another $500 off, or I can for sure get you a 3.49% interest rate. She would then go to the sales manager and come back with numbers that were higher than where we had even started. They would say things like "but if you put more money down, we can get you a lower monthly rate" as though they were doing me a favor by asking me to make a bigger down payment. They claim to have used car pricing, but they wouldn't honor other used car prices I found because they were more than 15 miles away, meaning they only honor used car pricing from the 1 or 2 other dealerships closer to them, which again is just not really what they are advertising. Since I really wanted the care we eventually agreed on a price for one that wasn't in stock yet but they said it would be in stock a week later. It ended up taking 2-3 weeks. The delay was an issue for me being able to commute to work so I called and ask if there was anything they could do. The sales rep told me she could get me a loaner vehicle. But then she again went to talk to the Sales Manager, and he said that wasn't possible. I then asked if I could uber to work and take the uber cost off of the sales price since the vehicle was delayed. This was only going to be about $30 a day and she said that she could make that happen, but again the sales manager said no. So in short on that point, don't believe anything the sales reps tell you, they have no actual power or influence on anything. To the sales rep's credit she did offer to pay for my ubers out of pocket because she saw how frustrated I was getting with the constant dance of being told one thing then another, but I didn't feel comfortable taking her up on that as it shouldn't of been up to her to do that. Lastly, the day I went to purchase the car was important. It was the last day that these vehicles qualified for a federal tax credit. I was very up front that the reason I was purchasing the car that day was because of that. On the day we agreed to a deal, they handed me a few signed papers and said, "congrats, this is your car now." Then when I went to pick up the car, all the contracts had the pickup day, not the day I put the $4,000 down paymnet down and signed the contract. This made it so I will lose out on a $5,000 tax creidt, again, a main reason I purcahsed the car on the original date. No longer eligible for thatr credit, I asked if they could just refund my down payment so I could look at other options now that the time sensetive nature of the credit was gone. They said that was impossible. We argue for a bit, but they eventually gave me an F U and said take the car or lose the deposit. After taking the car I called a freind that worked at another dealership and they told me what I suspected, they could of 100% refunded my down payment, they just didn't want to. In short, you just can't trust the people at this dealership. There were countless things I was told, only to find out it wasn't true. In my mind, if you can't trust someone, take your business elsewhere. There are enough other Kia Dealerships in the area that if the car you want is available elsewhere (a luxury I didn't have) I would highly reccomend going somewhere else. read more

They didn't tell us the car was a service loaner when buying the car. It's been over two weeks and no license plates. And they put us on hold several times before someone could tell us the plates aren't in. read more

I'll be watching my bank account closely to make sure I'm not missing money after this. I arrived today planning to purchase a used car from them and left empty-handed, frustrated, and upset. We reviewed with the manager a deal of 60 months, agreed on a rate and length of 60 months, and shook hands. After my deposit had already been run, the salesman and the manager came back with all the paperwork, with a length of 72 months. They at no point provided paperwork stating the length or terms of the deal, we had to ask for it. When we asked, they said that we had agreed to 72 months, which we absolutely did not. This review is for my recent experience with the Sales team at Jack Daniels Kia. Long story short, this dealer will waste your time. I left at 630PM believing that I would return the following morning to pickup a new Telluride - after signing paperwork and leaving a deposit. The following morning I receive an email from Chris the sales manager stating my car was sold to another buyer and that I could get on a wait list for the shipment of Tellurides. I called 3 times and left 3 messages for Chris and he never called me back. IMAGINE that - a car dealer that wants to make a sale but won't return a call from a customer. I ended buying the car from Prestige KIA in Tenafly and had a wonderful experience. Please avoid Jack Daniels KIA at all costs. Jack Daniels Kia Dealership, Fairlawn NJ Complaint: 07/23/2021 I am simultaneously filing a complaint along with corroborating documentation with Kia Customer Assistance. I have already filed a complaint with The New Jersey Attorney General Division of Consumer Affairs. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and writing a Google review. I have a lease that proves the Jack Daniels Kia dealership in Fairlawn NJ cheated me. I found math that didn't add up hidden in the lease agreement. The dealership falsified an extra month's lease payment which I unwittingly paid them with my credit card. Mr. Pierro, the General Sales Manager reluctantly recognized the "mistake". He promised he would tell his back-office to send a check that day and I would have it within the week by July 10th at the latest. I have still not received a check from the dealership as of July 22nd. I also have Mr. Pierro's, the General Sales Manager's written acceptance on my lease agreement that I received the car with damage to the rear window. He promised that I would not be liable for the damage. That was unacceptable, I paid for a new car with an undamaged rear window. Based on my 30 plus years of managing a service business, I can say with certainty Mr. Pierro did not deal with me in good faith. Moreover, Fairlawn borders on Patterson, NJ. It is a blue collar town. Jack Daniels Kia knows many of their customers' have limited educations and will not read their contracts or check the math carefully. Other customers reported similar false pricing experiences on YELP which rates them only 2 stars! My experience was not isolated. The many critical Yelp reviews show it is their process. I am certain that if the NJ Attorney General Department of Consumer Affairs looked closely at the dealerships lease agreements and sales practices they would find a pattern of "mistakes" favoring the dealership. COMPLAINT TIME LINE - I leased a car Saturday, June 19. I went on vacation Sunday June 20 to Thursday July 1st. Saturday, July 3, I went to the dealership and met with Lou Pierro, the General Sales Manager. At that time (July 3rd), I produced to Mr. Pierro my lease agreement which gave the Jack Daniels dealership (NOT KIA) an extra unjustified monthly lease payment. Only after Mr. Pierro could not refute the math (though he tried), did he promise to send me a check, stating I would have it within a week. I never received the check. I also showed Mr. Pierro a chip in the rear window. Mr. Pierro noted the damage in very poor hand writing on my lease agreement, stating I would not be responsible for it. However, I insisted that I wanted the rear window fixed. Mr. Pierro stated (also on July 3rd) he would have his glass repairer fix it. Mr. Pierro asked me to come back the following Thursday, July 8. Thursday, July 8, as scheduled I went to the dealership. Mr. Pierro told me I missed the glass repairer, stating he had come and gone. Mr. Pierro never specified a time. He only asked me to come by on Thursday, alluding that anytime during normal business hours would be fine. Mr. Pierro gave me another appointment to meet him and the glass repairer the following Thursday July 15 at 10 AM. He assured me he would get the rear window chip fixed then. On Thursday, July 15 I showed up at 10 AM. But Mr. Pierro did not meet me. He took the day off instead. He also never scheduled an appointment for my window repair as he promised. At that point, I asked to speak to the General Manager who refused to see me. Instead a sales consultant, John Vargas was assigned to speak with me. Mr. Vargas, after going back and forth several times to his General Manager asked me to leave my car at the dealership. Since I had to meet a client I asked for a loaner car while they had my car, but the dealership refused. Mr. Vargas then said he wanted to send a picture of the damage to the glass repairer to estimate how long it would take to repair the rear window. He told me that he would call me in a day or two at most to set up an appointment for the window repair. Mr. Vargas never called me back. Saturday June 17th I went back to the dealership one final time, Mr. Pierro, General Sales Manager again promised me he would call me on the following Thursday July 22nd and again promised to get the rear window repaired. Not surprisingly he never called. That was my last contact. I have been back to the dealership four times! I still have not had my rear windshield repaired or received the repayment for the unjustified payment to the dealership as promised by Mr. Pierro the General Sales Manager all the way back on July 3rd. I bought a Kia sportage during Covid so everything was kind of quick. After buying it, I asked how do I start my car from inside my house on those cold days. They said my car did not come with it (I thought it was a standard option) and I'd have to pay another $600. I was driving around with it for 2 months, totally disappointed and really not liking the car for this reason. When it was time to pick up my license plates, I spoke to Rainier (the manager) on the phone and told him why I didnt like the car. He told me to come in on Tuesday to talk. I sat in his office and told him how sad I was. He didn't even hesitate. He said just give me 24 hours and we will install it...FREE OF CHARGE!! He did right by me, no hassles, it was so easy and friendly. I went from disliking my Kia to LOVING it. This is the way to treat people. I highly recommend Jack Daniel's Kia. read more

( I am posting this review for my mother ) I am a senior citizen. In Feb. of 2017, at Jack Kia Motors, in Fairlawn, NJ, I traded my 2010 Kia for a leased 2017 Kia. (My car was in pristine condition and had very low milage. My only reason for getting rid of it was I felt I needed the newer safety features that a new model would provide, especially the back up camera. I leased the car for $303.69 a month for 3 years, never knowing that that price was outrageous for a Kia Forte,thr cheapest model. When the 3 year leasing term was nearly up, I asked my salesman, Whelm hmaid, to please renew the lease. The car was in prstine condition and had about 7,000. miles on it. I had faithfully maintained all the necessary oil changes, etc. He said that it was not possible. If I wanted to continue to drive the car, I would have to buy it. He never gave me a reason why I could not renew the lease. This salesman also told me, at the beginning of the lease in 2017, I would have to buy special mats to keep the car clean. He insisted on a cash deal of $200.00. I still have the original mats in my trunk. When I did the paper work to buy the car, I did not pay any attention to the price they charged me because the payment was now $309.00 a month to purchase the car. When I went to pick up the final paperwork, I asked Mr. Ihmaid how much the car was worth, (how much I could ask for it if I sold it) and he said $14.500. I did not realize right away that they were charging me $18,500, knowing the car was only worth $14,500. I am aware that some of that charge was tax. Enforced isolation has given me plenty of time to think, especially paying $309.00 a month for a car I cant drive anywhere. I have already given them almost $!000.00 more. What I would like, and think fare, would be to return the car and call it square. I had requested a quote for a specific model that was shown to be in stock. I received a quote and was told it is available and if I would like to test drive it. I made the trip to the dealership that same day (had to leave a little early from work to put a down payment and have a look at the vehicle)- so as soon as I got there I asked to see the vehicle.First I was told no we don't have that car. So of course I said but I was told you have it available and made the trip "they said it's old information -would you be interested to get one? Very accommodating and I love the videos! I went in to schedule my oil change and discuss a noise I was hearing. I got nervous about the noise after talking to them about it so they took my car that same day and did everything. Oil changed, issue causing the noise fixed...same day. They send an informative video showing what they did which I've never had from anywhere else before so I think that's pretty awesome. Very happy! read more

I wish I can give this place 0 stars. Purchasing of the vehicle was fine. It was everything that took place after the negotiating. I bought a used 2015 kia optima. The car wasnt even listed in their inventory according to the salesman, because it was just traded in the day before. As part of the deal, the salesman agreed to install a remote start, remove the dents and scratches, give it a full tank of gas and detail and wash the car. Its been over a month and these services haven't been provided. In addition, the heated and cooled seats have not been working properly since I took the vehicle. The salesman canceled one appointment to do these services after I had taken a day off from work. Offered me two free oil changes as compensation but at this point, I'm not even hearing back from him. He initially gave me his personal cell but ignored several recent texts.. If this wasn't bad enough, the temporary plates expired before my permanent plates arrived. No one reached out to me until I started to harass them about it. At this point, I have gone above the salesmans head and contacts the sales manager, the same guy that smiled and shook my hand on the day of the sale, but he has not responded to my emails and calls. Contacted corporate kia to file a complaint and plan to pursue this further, especially after reading similar complaints from other people. Just wish I has checked them before deciding to give them my business. My advice, get everything in writing. Do not take them at their word. So it was a regular day just coming in to get a few recalls taken care of. I had a problem with my radio not sending sound to my speakers. And the end of my 3 hour wait they tell me everything was resolved with the recalls but they will have to order a new radio for my car but not to worry it's under warranty. I just need to come back in few days to have the new part installed and they'll call me me when the part is in. After 5 days of no response I call back to check the status only to be told "we're sorry we didn't order the part cause your actually not under warranty. It makes no sense. Avoid this dealership! Years ago I had an unpleasant experience with poor sales team and management when this was the Audi dealership. In spite of this I gave them another chance while shopping for a new Kia for my mother. Everything was going well salesman Brandon was a nice guy we agreed to terms and left happy with thoughts of picking up the car at the end of the week. It all went downhill from there. "Finance Manager" Marco called my mother to let her know everything was good and the car will be ready for pickup. She actually received a few calls confirming the car was ready. We went in to pick up the car and they greeted us with coffee, had us switch insurance, and then see Marco. Marco casually tells us after sitting for an hour that the payments are now $100 more than agreed upon because credit was not tier 1. Now I understand credit policies can affect payments but do not waste our time leave us waiting in hopes we'll just say "ok fine". This bait and switch is an unacceptable practice and I advise anyone shopping for a car to seek out a more honest dealership. I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this place. They must be run by a chicken with its head cut off. I leased a 2012 Kia Rio in May of 2012, It was a bit more than I had originally discussed with the sales rep I worked with but I got the car any way. Literally 9 days later I got a flat, went into the trunk to put on the spare, and all i found was an empty cubby, not even a doughnut! I had the car towed to the service center and they tell me no cars come with spare, and I should buy a spare kit for something like $280... this is a lease!!! It should come with the kit! I get that people should pay for the tire, but the whole kit? RIP OFF. They didn't have my car's tires in stock so I would have to wait a few days. What? A brand new model of one of your most popular cars, and you don't carry the tires? I asked for a loaner (as one of the selling points was I would get a loaner from them if I need to leave my car at the service center), and they said none were available. This went on for a total of 8 days.... for a fricking tire!!! Not to mention they never called me to keep me posted on my vehicles status, or offer me the loaner they promised to try and get me. On the 8th day, I call asking about the car, they tell me its ready and they are open till 6pm. I arrive at 5:30, and they were closed! Thank goodness some one from Audi was still at his garage and he got the janitor to open the door and he got me my keys. They hound me to come in for regular service and maintenance, even though I have told them repeatedly I am not bringing the car back there until the day I am turning it in for good. I have been trying to reach anyone there to schedule the "routine check" that I must do in order for me to return the vehicle, and I just keep getting transferred to some one else who doesn't know what the hell is going on. I have called them twice and been transferred twice on each call. I have left two messages and haven't heard anything back. This is the most unprofessional dealership i have ever gone to. I originally leased my Kia Soul from JD Kia and, when my lease was about to expire, I naturally thought of JD to repeat the positive experience. I was looking to upgrade to a better model car - got a nice raise at work and could afford something better. Told the salesman what I could afford and what I was looking for. I was turning in a mint condition Soul with only 12,000 miles after 3 years. After an hour of wasting my time showing me everything that I wasn't interested in, he tells me that they won't take my Soul back and there's nothing that they can do unless I take their $350 a month model that he showed me. This is when the kid pulls out an E-cigarette, takes a drag inside the showroom, and hands me his business card when "I'm ready to do business". Needless to say, Nissan jumped on my pristine Soul with almost no miles and gave me a great deal on a fully-loaded Sentra. I was JD's customer to lose...and they actually found a way to lose me. read more

This has nothing to do with the sales department this has to do with the parts department I called today to order touch up paint for my vehicle I was told by whoever I spoke to (I wish I had gotten his name ) that it took 2 weeks to come in and I had to pay for it up front I said I had no problem doing that however he told me to order the paint I had to come in.. they wouldn't let me order over the phone..I do not think that I should have to drive 5 miles out of my way to place an order..should not have to be inconvenienced. Where to begin, where to begin. Walked in here two days ago and had my eyes on the optima. I sat down with a lady named Veronica and told her my situation - that I was looking to lease with little money down. Not ideal, but my cards were on the table. She tells me it shouldn't be a problem and introduces me to a manager named Garrett. We agree on a price relatively quickly, I sign the paperwork, and leave my down payment. I thought to myself this is too good to be true, and sure enough, it was. I get a call from Veronica the very next day telling me they can no longer offer the lease and that I'd have to finance. So she invites me to come in and speak with her financial manager. When I arrive, I don't even end up meeting him. I meet with Veronica once again, and she then tells me I can only finance a USED car!, not the 2015 that I planned on buying! So at this point I've had enough, turn down their offer, and kindly ask for my down payment back only for Veronica to return saying it TAKES 10-15 DAYS MINIMUM FOR ME TO RECEIVE THE DOWN PAYMENT. Which I paid for in cash, none-the-less. This is the reason why people hate car dealerships, I presume. Not quite sure how these people can sleep at night. Avoid at all costs. read more

The worst experience my family has ever had with a dealership. My mother returned her leased 2012 Kia Optima EX with Premium package and decided she wanted to upgrade her current Optima to the SX model. She was promised the same options as her current Optima with a better motor and they agreed on a price and signed the contract. Upon delivery, she realized that the new car was missing all the options that came with her previous car. The dealership neglected to add the Premium package. When she objected, the dealership refused to take responsibility and instead offered to charge an additional 30 dollars a month to add a rearview camera... They said it was too late as we signed the contract and now we're stuck with a car that we don't want. read more

AVOID this dealership. Absolute awful experience. The employees here have 0 idea of what service means and have 0 professionalism. Took a day out of the week to schedule a test drive for the weekend. Weekend comes around and I stop by the dealership. I let the receptionist know that I scheduled a test drive and the receptionist tells me to wait. I wait around for 30 minutes with most of the employees there letting me know that they'll send a person over to help me. Managed to finally get connected with a salesman. I let the person know that I'm there to test drive two models: the K5 and the Stinger. The salesman is courteous at first and then proceeds to hand me a credit application as if I'm about to purchase either car. Surprised, I let the person know that I'm not looking to have my credit pulled since I'd like to test drive the cars first before making any purchasing decision. The employee is taken aback and then says okay. I also ask a few questions about the cars which the salesman is unable to answer. He nastily says that if I'm comparing the two models, I shouldn't even consider purchasing the Stinger. Lol, okay, you don't know shit about my financial situation yet and you're making assumptions for me? Whatever, I'm thinking, just let me get into a car and take it out for a drive. He proceeds to take me to the car outside in the lot, making me stand there for 5 minutes while circling around until he mentions that he doesn't have the car key. He then goes back inside, comes back out and then says let's speak to his manager. His manager proceeds to then tell me that unfortunately, they're too "busy" to assist me with the test drive and to come back during the week. His manager also snidely says that I shouldn't be comparing the two cars, letting me know one is a sports car and one is a normal car. Thanks for pointing out the obvious you moron, maybe consider the fact that I have other reasons to compare? The best part of this exchange was that out of his "respect for my time", he wanted to make sure I schedule for next week for the test drive. LOL, that's rich, where's the respect for my time when I walked in 45 minutes ago? Why would I want to come back? By the way, no apology from both employees for circlejerking me for the past 45 minutes. It's obvious that this dealership's piss poor attitude to me changed as soon as I said I was only there for a test drive that day. In what logical world would someone want to purchase a car before test driving it? Why would I want my credit pulled for no reason if I'm not prepared to purchase that day? And finally, if I bothered to call earlier that week to schedule a test drive, why would I want to come back next week when I got verbal confirmation for the appointment from you earlier? its funny how management never comments on bad reviews. The accounting department thought We were dumb & they wanted us to pay almost $31000 ( $435.00 monthly payment X 72 months) for a car that was advertised for $11,100. The price came down to $251 a month but We still had to pay an extra $2000 more that what the car was advertised for. After sitting in this dealership for over 5 hours I was thrilled to be driving off the lot in my new car. There were a few issues while in the process of paperwork (tried to secretly have me finance my car for extra year than what we agreed on) but the manager Colin apologized and promised "carwashes for life" for the mixup (only to find out this is a free service at the service center any time I visit anyway). I left and was only given one key faub at time of purchase with the promise of them paying for a second one. I wasn't promised any perks for buying from here (car mats, Sirius XM subscription, free oil changes) but I figured hey..I am getting what I wanted. Well, that was four months ago and all I can say is WHAT A HEADACHE IT HAS BEEN SINCE THEN. We easily called to follow up on the faub 6-8 times only to get the run around about calling back when a "different person" is there, that they are "still waiting for the part" etc. Finally decided to avoid the phone games and go handle in person. I realized I was never given an inspection sticker with my license plates only to be told that we never told them we needed one...UHM hello? THAT'S YOUR JOB! Then was told to take up my faub issue to the service station and that Vinny would be expecting us to handle the issue. When we get there Vinny had no idea who we were and once looking for the order says no faub was ever ordered..and that he would take care of this right away (probably because of the looks on our faces). Vinny at the service center could not have been more helpful or kind.. I wish the employees at the dealership were the same. SHAME ON THIS DEALERSHIP. I will never be coming back for my future vehicles nor will I be sending any family/friends there either. read more

This review is for Matt at Jack Daniels Kia! Wandered around the lot for about 10-15 minutes before Matt came outside to meet us and ask if we were looking for anything in particular. Showed him the few cars I had wanted to check out in their certified pre-owned inventory and he quickly went inside to grab the keys and asked if I'd like to take test drive. Test drove two cars (Kia Sorrento and Kia Optima) and they were super clean, well maintained. We came back to the lot and asked what we thought. He wasn't pushy and let us decide on our own (which was immediately consider the value of the car was great! ). Process of credit checks, etc. etc. went by quick and painless and we were able to drive off the lot the same day! Matt was a pleasure to work with and would definitely refer my friends to speak with him for any of their Kia needs! The reason for four stars is that the dealership itself doesn't have the best upkeep. I know it's just a Kia, but if I'm planning on purchasing a car, I'd expect the coffee and what not to be easily accessible and not hidden in some corner. *** HUGE TIP *** if you're looking to purchase a certified pre-owned car, research it prior to going to the dealership. The sticker prices on the cars are typically $3-4k higher and they'll honor the online price and it'll essentially lessen your time in haggling for the best deal. :-) read more

Let me start off by saying that I've bought 3 cars from here the last 10 years, all with good experiences. I went to buy a k5 here and with a great credit score and $6000 down they offered me a $28,000 car at $41,000. Insulting. I felt bad for the salesman who was actually great and he knew there's no chance he's selling that car at that price. Horrible dealership that everyone should avoid. They sold me a car with a lien on it and then became completely unresponsive when I tried to contact them to resolve it. They also messed up the paperwork and the sales people try to make you give them a good review on DealerRater.com so don't trust that site for honest reviews. This went on for MONTHS. John Panagia who was the GM at the time ignored the issue completely once he had my money and I had to contact lower level employees to even get a call back. Avoid at all costs. read more

Incompetent and unethical sales management...need I say more? Will take your order and deposit and then forget about you as they get inventory in and sell it to anyone off the street before you...as you clearly were willing to wait...more than 6 months later they have sold what should have been my car numerous times from their inventory without so much as a call to me...or a return call each time I called to ask what's going on. We ended up purchasing a pre owned car from this place. Depending on the person you speak with the prep fee will change. In our case we heard 5 different prep fees from 5 different people. I double checked with the finance guy about the warranty we were getting with the car and he told us it was only 1 month/1000 miles, but our salesman Sang stated it was longer than that. We decided to purchase the extended warranty. The price some how increased in the amount of $600 when we were signing the papers. I questioned him about the increase and he admitted quoting me the lower price but stated that this was now the new price for the warranty. He also added that he can and has charge even more for the warranty. Bottom line-we felt so scammed but we really needed to purchase a car ASAP. If we had extra time to look somewhere else, we would not have purchased a car from here. read more

Prior to purchase, received endless emails and calls to confirm appointment. During purchase process we had a concern of passing state inspection due to dry rotted tires, sales staff stated the car passed their safety check. Once we brought the car in for state inspection it failed for dry rotted tires. Brought this to the attention to the sales rep who said to contact the sales manager who stated he would let his upper management know. Got one call from upper management who stated he would contact me in two days. That was 30 days ago. No response received. Sent several e mails still no response. Sales experience was great, post sale communication is poor at best. After their posting about contacting us. They never did. They are on our Do not buy list. read more

They'll screw you. They don't care about the customer at all. I got my car from them, and it's caused me all sorts of problems. Any time I've reached out, they act like they're doing me a favor by fixing issues that I should have even had in the first place. I didn't get my license plates until the temporary ones had expired. The car they sold me had one key. I asked specifically if there were two keys before buying it, having dealt with this issue before. I was assure they had two, but after signing and buying, the second key must have magically vanished! Amazing! So I had to arrange a ride to and from the dealer, on a Wednesday and Thursday, because the person who makes keys is only in on Thursday you see. Unbelievable. Just go somewhere else. There are a lot of car dealerships. This one doesn't have particularly fantastic deals, and clearly their customer service is garbage. Edit: the dealer I dealt with reached out to address my "concerns" and "issues." I guess he inferred my complaints weren't valid enough. But maybe once they hear that the plate they screwed onto the front of the car fell off in less than two weeks. Or how when I got a flat tire, I went to use the spare. Every car comes with a spare right! Wrong! Apparently kias after a certain year just come with a can of sealant. Would have been nice to have been made aware of that before being stranded for a couple hours. Sorry Lou. Too little too late. I bought a car here on Saturday 10/9. They changed the price of my car when it came to the final paperwork. They did not provide any documentation as to why there was an upcharge as required by law. Further, the add-ons that were disclosed on the sticker do not add up to the purchase price. As of now, they are not returning calls or answering any questions. When I called the head office to make payments there is NO RECORD of my purchase on file yet I am still responsible for the payment but there is no account number to refer to. I would never deal with these people again and if you do, bring legal representation because they are loose with law interpretations. read more
