I came in trying to get windshield wipers just now, I went in he offered to help, he asked me about the car, make and model. I asked him if I could see the windshield wipers, his tone immediately changed, clearly I ruffled his feathers for some reason. He also rolled his eyes. I asked him if he had other models of windshield wipers. I asked to see other brands and he gives me an attitude when he responds that I need to give him a size. I said no thanks and left. If you don't like dealing with customers, find another job. One that doesn't involve dealing with customers. Probably in the dungeon of some factory.

Today, September 19, 2020, I do not know the name of the person, I do not know. if he is the owner or not because he does not want to give his information when I confronted him in person. The same person was yelling/screaming/bullying/harassing my wife and I while I was carrying my 2 months old newborn baby(car seat) twice (I forgot the dates, but this happen this month, September 2020) was walking from the. T-Mobile store, right in-front of the store that he works at; Parts Authority. And he also did it to other people who was walking 15-20 feet behind us. Anyway, back to the topic, earlier today, September 19, 2020 I walked into Parts Authority, I saw him sitting behind the counter. I went to the desk look straight into his eyes and asked him if he was the same person who screamed at me twice while my wife and I were walking on the street in-front of his store, 2nd incident, when I was in the street (same street) talking to my wife's mom, 3rd was today, when he was screaming and yelling across the street when I was talking to my wife's mom. I ignored him since I was with my newborn. Same day, September 19, 2020, 15:30:17 was the. exact time, before I went to the T-Mobile store, I walked in Parts Authority, I asked him in a professional way if he was the same person trying to harass us. He said yes, and I asked what seems to be the problem? because if there is we will handle it and fix it. His demeanor changed, tone of voices raises all of a sudden and told me to "GET THE F***** OUT!" So, I. replied with that's okay, are you going to call the cops? and again "GET THE F***** OUT!" several times. So, I walked out since, I know this person is not used to handling pressure. The kind of person who cannot walk the talk. If you are reading this or whoever is reading this, are you familiar with those bully in school that tries to bully who's smaller than them and if they. get confronted they stutter and panic? Exactly the same guy! I was already in T-Mobile, I knew this was coming, I saw the cops, I excused myself from the T-Mobile. representative and I spoke to the police officer from Bergenfield Police Department, I told him what exactly happened. The police officer collected my information, that is their protocol. Thank you for your service, so the police officer had told me that the person from Parts Authority that. their is violence involved and I threatened him. To behest, I didn't know what to say I just laughed. I didn't have to explain myself to the police officer, he said I was good and I can leave. The last. officer, tall black male, coming. out from Parts Authority came out, and intervene with us and told me not to come to their store again. I replied with "Roger that!" that was my first and last going to Parts Authority since they do not know how to handle professionalism. 1.Violating the rules of Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964 which states, "In 1964, Congress passed Public Law 88-352 (78 Stat. 241). The Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Provisions of this civil rights act forbade discrimination on the basis of sex, as well as, race in hiring, promoting, and firing." 2. Violating NJUEC; New Jersey Uniform Ethics Code 3. N.J.S.A. 2C:33-4 "Harassment, charged under 2C:33-4 is one of those charges in New Jersey that doesn't sound particularly serious. ... If a person engages in any conduct which is alarming, or repeats conduct in a way which has the intent to seriously annoy or alarm an individual, they may also be found guilty of Harassment."

    Second verse similar to the first…read more I called today to get a car battery. Unlike Autozone, they actually answer the phone here. I though hey this is promising. I told him I need a battery for a 2014 Hyundai Elantra. He also said they only have 1 left, it's $185 installed and it's a great deal bc it has a 3 year warranty! Ooooooh. Ha only 1 battery in stock for one of the most commonly owned cars on the planet and at 3x markup. Same bogus story. They must use the same script. The place is also a joke and they're crooks. I called Pep Boys in Hackensack. $65 installed and I was out in 45 minutes. Autozone you need to be recalled. Out!

Arrived at Bergenfield on Sunday and it was closed, website said open until 8PM and store had sticker over times to changed from 8PM to 6PM. Had to return next day, went to Hackensack first and they had in stock items that website split to Bergenfield location, but they could not fill my order because their web ordering system is not flexible enough to change stores for pick-up, so I had to drive across town to the other store and guess what they did not have my order in stock, tried to upsell me and said maybe items will arrive tomorrow. Running around town for 2 days to pick-up items ordered but split into two locations across town and still can't get the rest of my order. Their on-line chat is also clearly off-shore and useless. Will never order from Advance Auto Parts again, stick with reliable Pep Boys, Autozone, or any other place that doesn't force customers to run to multiple stores even though one of their stores carries all the items you need, such a waste of time!

    I brought a glitchy RadCity Bike to Edgewares in hopes of getting it fixed. I had just had a bad…read moreexperience at another bike shop where I was told it would be worked on quickly, then 2 hours later they "still hadn't heard from their e-bike mechanic" who was running late I work or something. So I brought the bike back to brooklyn and to Edgewares. The owner of the shop stopped what he was doing to come take a cursory look. When the battery was fizzing he knew there was a bigger issue so instead of promising a quick turn around he said he wanted to find the real problem but it could take time, and he'd follow up with an estimate. I appreciated the quick review and honest timeline. I got a call later that he had discovered some glitchy wires that may have also been shorting the battery and he had contacted rad wagon and found it. It was under warranty and was able to get me a replacement bike. I was floored! I was happy to pay for set up of the new bike as they had put a lot of time into it. When I realize I had forgotten the key lock for the battery when picking up the new bike they came to my house a mile and a half away to pick it up. It was incredible customer service. I have two ebikes and kid bikes and this place will be my go to for servicing in the future !

My 15year old Corolla needed an oil change, was over due to get the brake pads changed, and had some squeaky sound on my wheel. These guys are honest, straight forward, and are happy to explain anything in the most simple way for you to understand any issues with your car. They will treat your car like it's their own. Tim & Brian gave me honest and different options on what to prioritize to fix according to my budget. Got all my car issues addressed and drove off relieves that it was taken care of. My 1994 Isuzu Rodeo needed some regular maintence work but I had a strange gas smell. When Brain looked at my car he called me and explained that my filler neck was rusted and he would get a replacement part. Unfortunately the part is no longer available, Brain then explained clearly and concisely what they could do to fix the problem, with a diagram. The work was done very quickly and for less than the price quoted. Since the repair is a band-aid until I can located a replacement part from a junk yard ( Isuzu no longer carries the part) he would like to see the vehicle in 2-3 months free of charge. The best part about this garage is that I normally have to claim the vehicle is my father's to keep mechanics from trying to sell me more work than I need. Brain on the other hand, spent twenty minutes talking about different cars with me as if I was a man. Any women should free like they are in great hands with the Shanahan Brothers. Since that time all the work done on my car was done in this garage. They are wonderful hard working mean and are always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty.
