Just a brief shout out to a local business who does great work…read more.. I had a memory box which had sentimental value to me because it has a photo of my late dad who was an avid fisherman and some of the homemade lures that he made and painted in it. It was sitting around in a bag ever since the last earthquake tremor passed though these parts a year or two ago when it fell over and smashed the glass. At first I thought it would be easiest to find a replacement memory box from Michaels or some other store but I found that the boxes were not the same size and would require me to redo the layout and mounting and everything... Then my sister suggested that I just find someone to replace the glass. Ding. Why not replace it with plexiglass while you're at it. Ding... Not only did Tradeway do a fine job, they mentioned the pros and cons of using glass vs plexiglass. Basically it's a tradeoff between fragility and susceptibility to scratches. I opted for robustness and was happy with the results. They told me it would take a day or two to cut and mount, and it actually only took the better part of one day... They have a very small parking lot in the back that is accessible from Citrus, but there are only about 4 spots and one or two is almost surely occupied by a work truck. Parking on Badillo is usually available...

He works efficiently and with a perfection that is appreciated ! We loved his work so well we hired him and his brother Steve to paint our house. He also rebuilt our entire porch and patio with great attention to detail. He was kind enough to work through the holiday season and put in long hours without complaint! He also does an amazing job visualizing paint color relationships as well as what is the best sheen for certain types of wood variations. He did an amazing job reconstructing our step leading into a side door as well! He perfected a color blue/grey and stained our front door to a very attractive color from a dingy old door. He restored a poorly installed gate by welding new pieces of sheet metal, sanding, and painting it to a beautiful gate! He also stained our back fence and also power washed before and after the grounds. His apprentice Steve is a perfectionist and does a perfect job lining every single screw up as well as all of his cuts were done perfectly! He hung lights and did the electrical and did a great job. He turned our weather damaged heap into a beautiful classy home! If you are looking for a team that takes pride in their work and does not cut corners Richard and Steve are your guys! Thank again to you both! Your loved and appreciated ! We have at least 3 neighbors who have admired our home hiring Richard for their next upgrades. Top Notch Craftsman! Folks he sands before he paints!!!! Rare these days!!! And it makes a big difference in the longevity of the paint duration!

Incredible sour experience, from fingerprints all over my walls and ceilings to ridiculous excuses…read moreand arguments. Had these guys come in and do my crown molding and many other projects on hand, but had to literally fire them from my house because of their lack of professionalism and simply put carelessness. Being that is a brand new house, didn't bother do be careful when installing the crown molding and leaving fingerprints on both the walls and ceilings, paint stains on the stairs(which happen to be the only area in the house with it), pretty bad cuts and crappy installation(see pictures for yourself) in several areas. Guys were nice through the install but took advantage as well, they'd go from installing the crown on certain sections and skipping others, to painting and ultimately failing to install some ceiling fans. For the fans, they came with what you would call a remote that controlled two lights and a fan separately, he wanted to simply skip it all together and combine them into one etc. Paid the guy $6700, guy had agreed to do it for $5000 and kept all of it not to mention he failed to bring me the missing material to have someone else finish the job he couldn't manage to do. Would never, ever recommend this guy. I'm actually afraid of leaving this review because him and his gangster brother know where I live and might come and beat me up. Shitty job all together, seriously but not nearly as bad as their attitude.

He was even able to provide a rough estimate based on some pictures which is greatly appreciated when you're talking to so many different companies that always want to visit first. The company's quote was reasonable and fair, and I had no complaints with the reasonable price we were being quoted. The service that I ended up opting for was an attic cleaning, sanitation, rodent proofing, new insulation installation and the replacement and installation of new ducts. On the day of service, the team worked very hard and quickly to complete the job in one day. The quality of the work was exactly what I was hoping for as well. All in all, AtticProcess is a very professional organization that provides a quality job for good value. It always feels better when you support a small business led by good people, and I would recommend this company to anyone else looking for this kind of work.

This was our first time using Northwood Roofing, and my husband and I were very impressed. We had…read moredamage from the January 2022 wind storm and had to file an insurance claim. Even with the large numbers of people needing roof repairs after the storm, Warren (the owner) was able to call me right away after I put in my Angi request. He sent out his estimator Cullon in a matter of days, and we ended up asking him to estimate a separate project while he was here. The wind damage project involved replacing around 80 clay tiles, and the other project involved replacing rotted wood beams. The estimates arrived by email in just one day, and all I had to do was click a button "accept estimate" to get the ball rolling for scheduling. Understandably, we couldn't get onto their schedule until Feb. 21 because they were so busy, but then we were pleasantly surprised when we received a call to tell us they would start work on Feb. 16 instead. All this time I had Cullon's cell number and was able to text back and forth with him with questions; he almost always answered right away. The 3-person team arrived on Feb. 16 and finished both projects by end of day on Feb. 17. When my husband and I had gone to bed the night of Feb. 16 we noticed some interior wall damage that appeared to have been accidentally done by the roofing team. I called Warren first thing in the morning on Feb. 17 (around 7:15 a.m.) and left him a message; a few hours later Warren texted that he would be out shortly to examine the damage and get it fixed. Warren showed up as stated, inspected the damage, took a chip of paint for color matching, and sent his plaster guy out to us the same day, around 4:45 p.m., to fix and paint the damaged area. What a positive experience we had with this company! They did quality work and immediately addressed the damage problem. Both Cullon and Warren were very responsive, and the team that worked on our projects were all very friendly. My husband and I really felt like the company cared about us. We have already recommended them to two of our neighbors who also sustained roof damage during the storm, and we will definitely use them again in the future.
