So thankful I found Covina Screen on Yelp! A short time ago, I called a locksmith to replace the deadbolt hardware on my elderly mother's front door. The locksmith added a compatible lock on her screen door, but because the screen door was very old, it did not work properly. I don't usually write negative reviews but I'm so disappointed in the service I received. I contacted Covina Screen through Yelp a week or two before Thanksgiving. He told me he was booked solid but we could do something after Thanksgiving. I agreed, gave my address, the job I needed done and the days off that I had. Flash forward two weeks after Thanksgiving and I still haven't heard from or seen Louis from Covina Screen. I again reach out to him and he says "remind me again what you wanted done?" I re-explain my project and he ends up coming out and quoting the job. WE end up agreeing to a price that included a 100.00 discount, he agrees to come by my place of employment to pick up a deposit to order the doors. After our conversation and making a deal, I decide to text my wife and let her know, "I hired the screen guy and got 100 off" but I accidentally sent it to Louis. He somehow took this to mean I hired another guy ?? Needless to say, he never showed up for the deposit, never ordered the product and now It would be after January for the product to show up.
