I was quoted a significant amount of money for someone to come out and replace a double pane window. I went here and Victoria patiently walked me through the process of removing the old glass, measuring it and then reinstalling it. I installed the new glass today and I am so very happy and pretty dang proud of myself. Saved over $600 doing it myself. Easy peasy....just as she said. This is a great place with patient and knowledgeable folks. Highly recommend for glass. read more

Since I don't buy glass on a regular basis I found that it is quite pricey. However, I compared what I ended up buying with another business and there prices were almost half. From the moment Victoria answered the phone I knew I was in good hands. I had to have some glass changed on my front door and they took care of it all. We recently had a window installed and the installation was great! We needed a small piece of glass replaced on our garage door. The gentleman that was here measured it for us. When my wife called the office she was told the installation was going to be the same price as the very large window that was installed. I think that is kind of ridiculous! So my wife asked if she can purchase the glass only. The person in office (Diane) asked her for the measurements. My wife said they measured it yesterday but apparently she wasn't taking those measurements. That is really lousy service! We will NEVER use this establishment because of this. read more

Update: About a month after Glendora Glass & Mirror repaired the middle section of my 3-section slider, I noticed a "new" problem--the right section had pulled out of its pocket and was letting in lots of cold air. I thought this had something to do with their earlier repair of the middle section, that in replacing the glass, the right section had been jostled out of position. Turns out, this was actually an original flaw in the Milgard design. The right section has no handle and so we thought it was fixed and permanently in place. But Glendora's technician pointed out it's also a slider, which explains why it was able to move and let in air. But kudos to our technician, who offered to not only put the right section back firmly into its pocket, but also lock it in place with screws so that it won't come out again. Both of us were kind of amazed at this design--a right section of a slider without a handle but that could be opened by someone with the intent of gaining access. So the technician not only fixed our cold air problem, but also a potentially big security problem. Excellent, professional service! read more

I had contacted Glendora Glass & Mirror for a window replacement for my parents house. Prior to my parents vacation, a golf ball had broke their window and they were pretty bummed about it. I wanted to surprise my parents on their return so I had a pretty short time frame. I spoke to Victoria and she was knowledgeable and courteous. She was able to have someone come take the measurements within a day with an estimated quote by the afternoon. The price was reasonable so I decided to move forward with the project and they were able to install 5 business day later. The installer was friendly and professional. Highly recommend for anyone who needs their glass replaced! read more

Quality Glass and Installation, Excellent Value, and Outstanding Customer Service. I highly recommend calling Glendora Glass and Mirror!! Called Glendora Glass and Mirror for an estimate to replace 3 smaller stationary windows and a larger stationary window for my home. All 4 windows had moisture in between the glass (original builder windows over 25 years old). Eddie came out within a day to measure the windows and to confirm the framing was still good to use or would the project require new framing. Eddie confirmed the existing frames are good. I recieved an estimate the same day and asked Diana in the office to order the windows. In less than a week, the windows were available and they were installed a couple days later by Edwin and David who did an exceptional job with the installation, and worked quickly and carefully, paying attention to every detail. From beginning to end, every Glendora Glass employee I dealt with was very nice, knowledgable, responsiveTop, and just did a great job! Old fashioned customer service and pride in their work. Price was very reasonable and I couldnt be more pleased! Call them, you wont regret it!! Susan K. read more

I took a few bids to get a couple of windows repaired. Stopped in at the local biz, Glendora Glass and Mirror. Victoria was the person with whom I worked and she did an excellent job helping us out and getting us info on a timely manner. I hired them to get Eddie and Eduardo out for my install. The guys were professional, knowledgeable and neat. I appreciate when I hire folks and they do what they say they're going to do in a timely, professional manner. This place is amazing! I was looking for a place to cut 2 custom mirrors, really small, for a DIY mirror box for therapy on the Rehab unit I work on at the hospital. So many places turned me down stating they only do larger scale. Glendora Glass & Mirror was happy to help me! They have such an affordable price and what I really appreciate is the customer service. I believe I spoke to Diana and a couple other people and each were friendly and patient and just had a great attitude and vibe over the phone as well as in person. The best part is, 2 weeks after my I made my boxes, someone stepped on one of the mirrors! I called them and they were happy to make me another one and still had the measurements on file which was awesome. 10/10 recommend. They are timely, professional, and kind. read more

I found Glendora Glass & Mirror through Google and after looking at their website and seeing that they work on shower doors, I went to visit their location in Glendora and after describing my problem, they assured me they could replace my shower glass door. They made arrangements to come to my home and measure the space of the shower door that shattered, they gave me a reasonable estimate and within a week, they ordered the door, and Eddie, one of their installers came out to replace our door. Eddie was very clean, professional and took the time to explain the process of replacing the hardware as well as getting the glass cut to the right measurements. He made the experience safe and professionally done. I would recommend Glendora Glass and Mirror to anyone who needs work done in their home or business. Phill S. read more

I had them replace a window pane at my sister's home and they were responsive and had the best price.

This is the first time I actually could not find a company that could provide the service I was looking for--replacing a broken window. Frustrating:/ Who knew a "broken window" would be that difficult to replace???? After calling several companies near my area, I finally found Glendora Glass & Mirror. I spoke with Vickie on Monday ( completely helpful! Thank you Vickie!) and had window replaced today. The two reps. that came were professional, cautious, and thorough. They did an excellent job from beginning to end. The highlight of their work was not only the new glass window they installed but the quality of work they provided. Thank you guys! Extremely clean job!! Highly recommend! read more

Could not have called a better place to replace my window. I was treated with such great customer service. The girls in the office were the best. Totally up front with cost and estimated time to repair. Even when there was a slight delay they were right on it. First gentleman that came out to look the window was so polite and professional. Additionally when they were out to install the window this new gentleman was just as polite and helpful totally explaining to me what was need to install the window properly. It look beautiful and matches perfectly to my 30 year old windows. Do not hesitate to call them for any glass needs. read more

Worked with Glendora Glass and Mirror to replace our closet doors because the mirrors had cracked. Originally we had hoped to just replace the panels that had been cracked, but when they quoted us for a full replacement, the price was reasonable enough that we replaced each of the sliding doors entirely. Coordinating a measurement was seamless, and on the day of install they were in and out quickly. Our new closet doors are sturdier and smoother than before - thanks Glendora Glass! read more

They're work is top notch! Attention to detail is unparalleled. They are truly miles apart from any competition in the So Cal market.

Do yourself a favor and go to Glendora Window & Screen down the street. Their company names are similar, but their service is a world apart. The owner of this company is combative and has zero customer service skills. After he did damage at my house that he denied, I had to go to Glendora Window & Screen, who not only did a great job with friendly, normal people, they even offered to fix the damage done by Glendora Glass. I wonder sometimes how some people actually run a business that deal with the public, and this guy is definitely one of them. Save yourself the aggravation from the beginning and go elsewhere. read more

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FAIR PRICING. Glendora Glass & Mirror does everything from custom shower doors to replacing broken glass in your existing windows/doors and everything in between. The employees are all such a pleasure to do business with and are very knowledgeable. I love how it's so easy to receive an approximate quote just by emailing / yelping them (glendoraglass@verizon.net) a picture, size and description of what you are looking for. I recommend Glendora Glass & Mirror 100% over any other glass shop! (located on South side of the street, many get them confused with the other very ridiculously priced glass shop on the corner of Route 66). They work on commercial and residential glass replacement/projects. They are also still open for business during this time so please support your small local business! Thank you Dan, Vikki, Mark & Adam for being so awesome! read more

I was introduced to Glendora Glass and Mirror because of a mishap with my cleaning crew. The people I spoke to, Anthony (and I wish I could remember the girl's name who answers the phone!), were very professional and quite timely. I understand why they are the "Voters Choice" for best Glass and Mirror store three years running! I saw the letter from the mayor of Glendora on the counter to prove it! I'm new to the area. Cruising down Route 66, I saw the storefront and remembered I had a picture in the back of the car that needed a new piece of glass. The glass was immediately replaced (less than 5 minutes) for a very low fee (I'm used to L.A. prices). We talked about the surge of real estate activity in the area because of the Gold Line coming in (and because I'm a Notary Loan Signing Agent, so wondering how much work would be here for me). I feel I've made new friends here already! Thanks for the GREAT service! I'll swing in to say hello when I'm passing by. read more

Late one night, I got a panicked phone call from my elderly grandma: robbers had tried to break into her house through a large window (fortunately they ran off when she turned the lights on). The next day we called Glendora Glass & Mirror and they were incredible to work with. My grandma was so scared and overwhelmed after the break-in and they took care of everything. The next day they came out with plywood to secure the opening and within days the special order glass was installed. Grandma is beyond persnickety and she said their staff was incredibly caring and made sure there wasn't a single piece of debris left behind. We were so satisfied with the entire experience and I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of my grandma after such a scary incident. read more

Professional, personable, quick, high-quality work. So when I called back to clear things up with Vicki, Dan called me back to argue and proceeded to tell me he is going to sue me. I'm not sure what he can sue me for, everything I said was true. He also said I was stupid and had mental problems. I never go on Yelp and am not a person who EVER complains. I felt strongly that I was treated poorly and that Dan specifically was not professional. I understand now that I will have to go somewhere else to have my glass done correctly. Never wanted this. If he would have told me in a respectful way, this never would have happened. read more

I was wondering what to do after one of our glass-top patio tables broke into a jillion pieces. Buy a new table (which I discovered is virtually impossible to do without buying four chairs as well) or find a glass company that would make a new one. I went with the latter and found a gem on my first call: Glendora Glass & Mirror. They told me how to measure the table (even with their detailed instructions, I was still able to mess it up, but they had a solution that worked perfectly). Amazingly, at least to me!, they were also able to tell the thickness of the old table just by looking at a couple teeny tiny pieces of glass that I showed them. When I went to pick up the new piece, I realized there was no way it was going to go into my car or was there any way I would be able to carry it. No problem. They delivered it. When they delivered it and tried to place it on the frame, it was obvious my measuring capabilities weren't anything to brag about. I was off by about a hair -- okay, maybe two or three hairs, but I was off. The gentleman that brought it said he knew a way it might fit, but he would need to take the frame and glass top back to the shop. A couple of days later, they called, said the glass fit perfectly, and they were ready to bring the table back. The cost for the original delivery and placement charge/taking the top and frame back to the shop/performing whatever magic they did so the top fit the frame/redelivering the completed table was only $75, which was the original delivery cost. No extra charge for the additional steps, even though it was my fault. Great service. Very knowledgeable friendly courteous staff. I highly recommend Glendora Glass & Mirror! read more
