Parking lot is reasonably large, and train station offers more parking. Seems like it may be a good place for kids parties given that it is in Westfield, but they may need to introduce some simpler games for that. I would say that this is better for older teenagers

Vowing to return after our event, I brought two of my kids and one of their friends, and we all geeked out over the selection of vintage and used video games for practically every system released since the advent of the Atari 2600. The staff was super helpful in answering questions about legacy systems. There were plenty of amazing values on games from ColecoVision and original NES through the Xbox Series X and Nintendo Switch 2 and everything in between. The coin-operated arcade games and pinball machines, with a few free options, were also a blast. Digital Press is an absolute treasure.

There are operation arcade machines here from 80's to 90's including a few pinball machines. The counter has employees who of course are gamers and what game store wouldn't be complete without regulars who hang around and talk about games as well. As I browsed around the store I was taken back through all the generations which was a good feeling, knowing that stores like this still exist. I could go on about why DPV is a great store, but I'll go over my experience on my latest visit. I went to unload a few games I had no use for anymore and could not sell them alternatively on C-list and the like so I came here. I got a better amount than I thought both cash and store credit (store credit of course being a bit more). Again, if you're a gamer or someone looking for games from yester-year and want to avoid online, try here.

Why bother going to a chain Gamestop and hour away, support the local guy. This place is a real gem for the area and I hope they stick around!

The discs I received had come with deep scratches, rendering them completely unplayable. Selling games in this condition demonstrates either a complete absence of quality control or a disregard for customers altogether. It is one thing to expect minor cosmetic wear on used discs, but it is another to receive items that clearly were never inspected and should never have been sold in the first place. A company dealing in video games has one basic responsibility: to ensure the product functions. Kill Screen Games failed at that most fundamental level. Until they establish real standards for product inspection and customer care, I cannot hand them a good review.

I visited The Book Trader a few days ago. What an experience!…read more First of all, they have every type of book imaginable. From cookbooks to sci fi, from fantasy to biographies, from adult romances to children's picture books! You could find books from the 1600s all the way until the 21st century. The Book Trader is exactly what its name says: it trades books. You can bring books, which they will give you store credit for and then you can buy books for cheaper than they would cost in a regular store. This was such a great idea, in my opinion. I traded in 2 books and bought one. Now, aside from being separated vaguely by genre and authors' works being mostly together, there is no other sorting system to this store. Books, as you can see in my pictures, are all over the place and it is very hard to walk around parts of the store. If you want a specific book...good luck! Also, make sure you have cash on you. The store only takes cash and checks.
