Since the bf and I work crazy hours we had a tight window for moving being 5 hours absolutely tops . A 2 bdrm apt. was taking far to long and had to say something more than once about budget and time . Other moving co's. gave us estimates for 2 men in a 4-41/2 hr. range . 6 hrs. later they finished (@ $115.00 an hour) and now we were running out of patience and possibly cash and ya know they want a tip. They also brought wrapping plastic and heavy-duty tape with them. If you need moving blankets, they also sell them. For the price that I paid, it was so worth it. They only charge $25 for a trip fee and $95 per hour. I hired them to move my things to a POD. Overall, they were a lot cheaper than hiring a name brand mover (they were 2-3x the price of what these kids are asking for). All in all, I could not be happier with my experience. All these years Ive been yelping, I have to say this was my most pleasant experience working with anyone.

Jeremy never answered my calls or responded to the messages I sent asking for an ETA--even after I waited nearly five hours. Two movers finally showed up around 7 PM, even though I scheduled three movers, and they were unable to move everything because of their failure to coordinate with management. They scheduled a morning move in Acworth and then attempted my move in Lithonia afterward--poor planning and poor management! I am highly disappointed. I tried calling multiple times afterward, and I still have not received my deposit back. This company is unprofessional, has poor communication, and will take your money without providing the service you paid for. Do NOT hire them. If I do not receive my deposit back or a response, I will be pursuing legal action.
