They said they could do that and would come by to look over the fireplace and talk about options. The guy arrived about on time, but looked like he slept in the truck. His clothes were a shambles and were covered with dog hair. That on its own was not the main issue. He came in took measurements of the fireplace, looked up the chimney, went outside to look down the chimney with two different drones. Neither one worked. So, then he told us we needed to have the flue treated with a sealant. Did we want him to do that now? And it would cost aboutt 300 bucks. We said forget it. Then. We asjpked about which fireplace insets would work, and he said he would have to talk to his boss And he would call us back. He then presented us with a bill for $195 for the "inspection". He was there a total of 20 minutes, never did see down the flue and had no knowledge about fireplace inserts... Never got a call back. Do NOT hire this company!
