Tech was nice enough, called to let me k now he over charged me by $185.00 and said he notified the office. Seven days out I called and was told nothing had been reported. They verified I was over charged, called to say they were issuing a refund, then canceled the refund. Put in a call today. I figure about 4 more calls and another month and maybe they will issue the refund. I have my receipts so I am hoping someone knows what they are doing. Do not recommend.
