They delivered propane gas to wrong address twice after I had called multiple times to advise that they had incorrect delivery address. Apparently that cannot tell the difference between delivery and mailing address. I had renters at my beach property which I had been trying to get gas delivered to for weeks. Amerigas came out and capped my tank without any notification to me. So my renters show up and have a house with no hot water or working stove. I called and requested service immediately. Best they could do was enter an urgent 24 hour service request. Which they did not bother to honor. After 3 days no one has filled the request. I called and they leave you hanging on the line and never return or just hang up. They cost me hundreds of dollars in rent due to negligence and non communication. This is the most horrendous customer service I have ever encountered. STAY AWAY FROM AMERIGAS! Unprofessional and incompetent.

They said they could do that and would come by to look over the fireplace and talk about options. The guy arrived about on time, but looked like he slept in the truck. His clothes were a shambles and were covered with dog hair. That on its own was not the main issue. He came in took measurements of the fireplace, looked up the chimney, went outside to look down the chimney with two different drones. Neither one worked. So, then he told us we needed to have the flue treated with a sealant. Did we want him to do that now? And it would cost aboutt 300 bucks. We said forget it. Then. He was there a total of 20 minutes, never did see down the flue and had no knowledge about fireplace inserts... Never got a call back. Do NOT hire this company!
