Cameron Griggs is excellent in all areas. Unfortunately, we did not do our research when we…read moreinitially listed the property. After that listing expired, we researched other real estate companies in the area as we were determined to make a better choice. We began by calling Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty, and luckily Cameron answered our call that day. She had all the right answers as she displayed a wealth of knowledge coupled with warmth, energy, and professionalism. As the phone call was concluding, I knew that it was not necessary to call any of the other companies. We had found the perfect realtor in Cameron! Beginning with that first phone call, Cameron exceeded our expectations in all areas. We live several hours from the property and actually, we never met Cameron in person, but with her warm personality, she made us feel like we had known her for years. She took care of everything down to the smallest detail. We never had to worry or wonder about anything, and she actually visited the property to check on things for us. She handled all aspects from listing to closing and all variables in between. Cameron's communication is definitely a strength as she kept us informed through emails, text messages, and phone calls. We highly recommend Cameron, and she certainly exemplifies all qualities of a first-class realtor who gets results!

I thought it was time to get it re-done just because termites are an issue on the OBX. The same man (wish I could remember his name) who did the original inspection and treatment came out. He thouroughly went over every post and sill plate area and in the end gave the house a clean bill with two recommendations. Total charge for about one hour of his time - $0.00! They are coming back next year though and pulling the plugs, re-drilling the holes, and treating the perimeter for just a little more than the oringinal treatment over twenty years ago. I would highly recommend Don's as being extremely professional, thorough, good communication, and very reasonable for termite inspection and treatment on the OBX!

So far they've came out twice since I signed up for the monthly sprays and it has really cut down on the amount of pests in my yard. Would address issues and spray/treat home accordingly and very thoroughly. Fast forward this last year we have a new technician and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. No communication at all, says he was at the house and treated but there were bugs everywhere, even saw a rat for the first time, never treated the inside either. I truly believe the technician was half assing his responsibilities and did a horrible job if he even sprayed anything.. brought this up with the company and the response was offering is $10 off our monthly bill. I don't care about $10 I wanted our house to be sprayed/treated the way it's supposed to be. If I was the business owner I would of went out to the home and addressed the situation with the homeowner and would have wanted to see what we were complaining about. None of that happened. Piss poor way to treat a customer of 5 years who has never brought up any other issues than the one just listed.
