I reached out to Outer Banks LP Gas & Appliance Services by telephone and by their handy "request service" messaging on the companies website. Stan, at OBXLP, returned my calls as soon as he received them and had my propane delivered and up and running promptly. I have called the Outer Banks my home for almost 40 years and have done business with many local companies over that time. I have been using OBXLP for all my propane needs for almost ten of those forty years and they have always provided nothing but the quickest and most reliable professional service for all of my propane requirements. Whether new construction or your daily use, I wholeheartedly recommend OBXLP for any of your propane needs.

It seems when Home Advisor booked me a carpet cleaning company they did not actually contact one. When no one showed up I called Home Advisor and was given Zach's company phone number and a contact person (Melissa) of whom Zach has never heard. Seems like Zach and I both had bad days today due to the incompetence of Home Advisor. I wish Innovative Green Solutions great success and by the other two reviews I'd say if Zach is actually booked he comes and does a great job.

They were extremely professional, timely, advocated for their customers, and helped to guide me through the entire insurance process. We had no delays or issues, and were back in our house in less than 3 months after extensive damage. They were extremely responsive and understood the stress we were under. We talked to multiple Restoration companies before going with Phoenix, and I am so happy we did. Thank you Pat, Rick, and team!

The damage ruined the ceramic tile in the second- floor bathroom as well as the vanity and carpet. The first-floor bedroom, carpet ceiling, furniture, King size bed was also ruined. I called American Reliable Insurance first, then called Phoenix Restoration. Rick from Phoenix arrived within an hour and begin the remediation. This required putting in about 3 large humidifiers and pulling up the carpet. They also moved the furniture out and removed the drywall from the ceiling. I was happy to let Phoenix put a lock box on the house and begin work. American sent Jeff Finch the adjustor from White Insurance Adjustors, and he worked with Melinda Tomisser at American Adjustors to put together the claim. Pat Broom, who heads up Phoenix Restoration also came to the site. Pat, Rick and Stacy took charge and managed the entire process from beginning to end. I cannot say enough about the quality of these three companies, and the professional manner, in which they handled this situation. Leon Frazier
