You must sign up to join their free membership though. The first pair you buy will be at full price but for your second purchase they will give you 20% off. Any shoe thereafter, will be at a 10% discount. For a boutique, the return policy is reasonable. You have 30 days to return or exchange your purchase granted the product is in good working condition.
