A tip is a very private thing, in my opinion, and at the end of what should be a relaxing experience, having someone tell you what they are expecting you to leave only makes things awkward. Not my style. Because of these two issues, I wouldn't recommend it or be back. Massage itself was good, but if you can't communicate easily with what aches you, it lessens the experience. Just my .02 cents of course, and maybe your experience will be different. Just wanted to be aware.

Just before the massage ended, I think she may have massaged my scalp for a minute. Second thing: my entire massage was with me face down. My girlfriend was asked to roll over, but I remained face down the entire hour. I have never had an hour massage when only one side was treated. Despite that, I gave them each a $20 tip for their time, but neither of us are inclined to return. And if you are thinking they must have been busy that day, no. There was no one in the waiting area when we arrived and one person walked in when we were leaving. I emailed the owner to share this (not requesting a refund but as a head's up) and never heard back.

The reason I am giving Aroma Spa 5 stars is because the foot massage was very good but not the best I've ever received. It gets high marks because for 30% of what I've paid for a reflexologist, I got 80% of quality from a licensed one. Plus, Aroma used hot stones towards the end which other places did not and it felt great. The best was my first a reflexologist I stumbled up in London at a salon within a mall. It was painful; like she was stripping my skin of the bone but at the end, it felt like I was walking on pillows. I felt so light on my feet. I've never experienced anything close to again and wish I could. It could be because it was first time and she loosened all the knots and tight foot muscles. Anyway, I'm looking forward to trying their regular body massage in the future when I'm back for next Vet visit.
