The reason I am giving Aroma Spa 5 stars is because the foot massage was very good but not the best I've ever received. It gets high marks because for 30% of what I've paid for a reflexologist, I got 80% of quality from a licensed one. Plus, Aroma used hot stones towards the end which other places did not and it felt great. The best was my first a reflexologist I stumbled up in London at a salon within a mall. It was painful; like she was stripping my skin of the bone but at the end, it felt like I was walking on pillows. I felt so light on my feet. I've never experienced anything close to again and wish I could. It could be because it was first time and she loosened all the knots and tight foot muscles. Anyway, I'm looking forward to trying their regular body massage in the future when I'm back for next Vet visit. Om offers 1-2 classes in the morning and then (I am not 100% positive) nothing until the evening. Most working folks can't attend a 9:30 a.m. class, which makes going quite difficult. Evenings I am usually too busy. They used to offer a 6/6:30 a.m. class that was geared towards runners and/or athletes, but I believe they cancelled it. An early morning class would be incredibly helpful for those that have to go to work. That being said, when I can I will always go back.

Went right in and they started soaking my previous dip polish off. They had my hands in a bowl of acetone which severely dried out my fingers. The drill they used to file would burn my nails while they used it. When they were done glue got stuck on my fingers and when the tech clipped it off she clipped off skin causing my finger to be in pain for a few days. My usual place is closer to my home and lasts me about a month. These nails broke within 2 days. Such a waste of money. Especially since I can't go back to have them fix it
