My therapist asked what areas felt tense and where she should focus on before the massage started. She also offered to adjust the table warmer temperature to my liking and let me decide which side to start on, face up or down. I often only book an hour, but I find that the extra 30 minutes gives the therapist ample time to work on all my tough spots while also still getting to the rest of my body. At the end of my massage, I was ready to fall asleep right there! The therapist wore a mask but vaccinated clients were able to decide whether or not they wanted to wear a mask. At the end of my appointment, my therapist offered me various tips on keeping my muscles relaxed between appointments. It's that extra effort that makes it so clear that she really cares about her clients! This wasn't my first visit and I'll definitely be returning again. Always remember to tip, if you can!
