I managed to get a coveted 90 minute massage on Friday afternoon and it was the perfect way to…read morerelax and recover after a stressful work week. My therapist asked what areas felt tense and where she should focus on before the massage started. She also offered to adjust the table warmer temperature to my liking and let me decide which side to start on, face up or down. I often only book an hour, but I find that the extra 30 minutes gives the therapist ample time to work on all my tough spots while also still getting to the rest of my body. At the end of my massage, I was ready to fall asleep right there! The therapist wore a mask but vaccinated clients were able to decide whether or not they wanted to wear a mask. At the end of my appointment, my therapist offered me various tips on keeping my muscles relaxed between appointments. It's that extra effort that makes it so clear that she really cares about her clients! This wasn't my first visit and I'll definitely be returning again. Always remember to tip, if you can!

I canceled a membership not only because I moved but because I felt uncomfortable at that facility. Only one of the women at the front desk that assisted me had a kind demeanor. When I spoke with the manager Marissa regarding a charge to my account that was not supposed to have been taken she was extremely rude, condescending and threatened to call the police on me for asking for an approved and warranted refund and hanging up on me twice. She would not let me speak, would not answer my questions, spoke over me and yelled at me when I asked for the refund I was warranted. I started the conversation extremely civil just asking a simple question and it turned into a very ugly conversation. Per her, Marissa is the manager and owner of this location so she stated there is no one I can report her to. I did leave a voicemail and e-mail for guest relations and their corporate office in Arizona. As a manager she needs better training on how to handle customers and how to be a better person in general.
