Who in their right mind would risk giving personal and sensitive banking information for a $10 a month gym membership run by kids? You are asking to get hacked and have your money stolen if you do that as far as I am concerned. The young manager wouldn't even let me prepay a year's membership on my credit card. Baffled, I went down the street to The Catalyst Gym which is maybe 1/4 mile away and they charge $70 a month. That is 7 times more and the extra membership fee is worth every penny. Bigger and nicer facility with much more equipment and amenities to choose from, personal trainers everywhere, not over crowded and run by mature adults who understand and respect people's privacy, needs and concerns

First off, I would like to say that 90% of the staff are wonderful. They are helpful and consistently welcoming. But, it has been the case over the last couple of years that the cleanliness of the facility has plummeted and it is not just me that has taken notice of it. The men's bathroom is a complete joke. They rarely clean and the inside of the lockers are never cleaned. I possess a picture of mold growing in one of the lockers. They have no working ventilation in the locker room (the owner says it was a disagreement between him and the landlord). I have consistently brought the issue of poor cleaning to the owner. He completely ignored me. When I finally canceled my membership, I was hoping he would be humble enough to accept that they were dropping the ball and fix it. Yet, that was not the case. He was arrogant and had his heels kicked in pretty heavily. At some point in the future, he needs to better equip himself with skills for interacting with members.....he failed miserably at this. They need to get their act together and start to clean. It is not the job of the members to clean. (Shrug.....) I wish all of them well.
