To get going you can signup online or at the gym. The folks here are seriously professional, they know their stuff, and they genuinely want you to have a great experience. Programs include every variety of spinning, pilates, barre, yoga, kettle bell, trx, boot camp, small group/one on one personal training, and even a running group. You name it, they've got it, and they're running everything with the best of the best trainers. Beyond thrilled with the spinning - the high tech bicycles are great! Track your rpms, resistance, heart rate (if you have a polar hr strap), and the best thing ever is that you get an email that night with all the details including Calories burned! Almost a month ago, I stepped out of my comfort zone, reached out to a complete stranger, and asked…read morefor help with making a change in myself. For me, the gym has always been an intimidating place where I wander around guessing what exercises I think I should do, how many, and how much weight I should be using . Maybe I could eventually make some progress that way, but I have been down that road enough times to know I never get very far and end up quitting. I needed some guidance. I was nervous since I've never worked with a personal trainer before, but Arsen put my nerves at ease right away. We talked about my goal and how I would reach it, and before I knew it, I was "sitting down having a cup of coffee" -which is not as fun as it sounds - since I quickly learned this meant doing a wall squat. Arsen shows me how to do the exercises I need and most importantly how to do them properly. He provides workouts along with videos incase you forget how to do something he showed you for days you're not there ,goes over your nutrition with you, and is always accessible if you have any questions. He's professional, yet fun. I am always laughing during our sessions, even when I'm dying on the last set and he's told me I "only" have 10 seconds left about 15 times. His gym eliminates that self conscious feeling of looks from other people because when you work out it is just the two of you. Certain exercises I had to start with low weights because I'd never worked out that part of my body before, I told him I felt like a whimp, but he always reminds me that everyone has to start somewhere. He knows how it feels to be unhappy with your body, because he has been there too. His motivation and genuine interest in your success are infectious. He makes you feel super comfortable and says nothing but encouraging things. Knowing the hard work and time he puts into you as a client gives you another level of accountability. This time I feel like I won't give up, because i know I wouldn't just be letting myself down, but I'd be letting someone else down also. Most times I forget I'm paying him because it feels like working out with a supportive, knowledgeable friend. Though, instead of spending money on unnecessary material items that will lose their value in a few years as I always do, I feel like I'm finally investing in myself, something that will never lose value. My particular goal will take time, and will not be achieved overnight but I'm not worried about the time, it will pass anyway. With Arsen's guidance, I am eating healthier and already feel better about myself. I have more energy and no longer feel as self conscious going to the gym. Rest days have become my least favorite days because I am always looking forward to the next session. I am super excited to continue my journey with Arsen and feel confident that if he can help me with my goal, he can help you with yours too!

If you're already in shape and looking for a fun way to waste your money this is the place for you!…read more Don't bother joining if you're looking for individualized attention or new to training. Your "training" with Kelly will consist of reps and sets written on a dry erase board. Your warm up will consist of one of 3 machines (2 of which are stationary bikes) and if they are occupied you will be told to walk around the block, even it's raining, for a determined amount of time. If you decide to attend the 2 classes offered you probably want to bring your own yoga mat because there's only about 6 mats and 20+ students. If you're not losing weight it's probably your fault for not following the food app Kelly recommended even though she won't go over it with you or do regular weigh ins with you along the way. If you're not sure if you're doing something right don't keep asking Kelly, she gets annoyed and would much prefer to be on her phone or fix her hair in the mirror. This all being said SOME clients are part of the inner circle and hey, good for them because they get special privileges! I'm not sure how to break in to that so I decided to leave instead. When I confronted Kelly with my issues she was unapologetic and simply told me she disagreed. Everything Strong As Kell gave me I could find online, my advice is don't waste your time or your money here!

I wanted to try floating for a while, and did have my first session at Empower Strength and Wellness. Although we were in the midst of pandemic, I felt great and comfortable at this place. The facility and float tank room were super clean, and Louis was very friendly and knowledgeable about floating. Great experience, highly recommend!
