There are truly not enough words to describe how incredible Amy at Ageless Muscle is (but I'm going to try anyways). There are multiple reasons that I am cautious when working with a new trainer. Having a physical disability, I am always worried about whether or not my trainer will truly be understanding and accommodating of my needs. Plus, with skinny back in fashion and diet culture shifting to ozempic-mania, it was imperative that I found a trainer who aligned with my beliefs of maintaining a healthy lifestyle in both body AND mind. I've had wonderful trainers in the past (and not-so wonderful ones) but have still struggled to find a solid fit for all of my goals.
Amy's holistic approach to training has set me up for success in all of these areas and more. From day one, Amy was there clearly communicating and developing a plan specific to me and my needs. Not only did she create a solid program for our time in the studio, but has guided my nutrition down to my daily macros, created an individualized program for me to utilize outside of our sessions, and she has adapted to me and my circumstances at every turn. From illness to mourning to injury, Amy has planned, modified, and cleared the path for me to reach my goals over the last six months. Amy focuses on her clients as whole individuals, and the time, care, and effort she expends for each one of us is something that sets her apart from any other professional trainer.
Her bright personality, emphasis on mental and physical wellbeing, open communication, and ability to connect with her clients on a personal level truly puts her apart. She's become not only a trainer, but a valued friend, and I am thankful for every text, program, and laugh that we've shared.
So, TLDR: book with Amy because I promise you, there is no trainer more committed to you and your success.
