I decided to book this with my bestfriend, as we were spending the day together for my birthday, and she was recently diagnosed with a terminal autoimmune illness. This is a guided meditation that was a DIFFERENT LEVEL!!!! I cannot tell you enough from the moment you walk in, you feel the peace and serenity in all aspects. Kelly was absolutely amazing and just gives off this unreal relaxing aura,-you just know you are going to feel absolutely at peace, especially within. Kelly took the time to get to know each of us and exactly what heaviness- life was putting on us. I could not believe how much Kelly really listened, and understood what we were feeling. Kelly made sure we were very comfortable and did not rush or give us any type of feeling that we were an "appointment". From beginning to end, she took the time to really listen and validate our feelings being woman and mothers. I actually got a little emotional during the mediatation, because it just took me to a place mentally, that I have missed and it gave me a feeling of having control, of my peace and wellbeing IN MIND, BODY, AND SOUL! My best friend had never done guided meditation, and so this resonated with her. My bestie's mindset about her illness, is a much more clear and optimistic. I bought a gift certificate for my cousin just last week, who is so excited to meet with Kelly and learn the various wellness practices Soma offers. I vowed to myself that this will be part of my self care- I deserve this all the time not just because it was my birthday! She is truly gifted, not only as a Reiki Master but as a gentle counselor and true healer. I was actually turned on to Anita by way of the monthly Sound Healing she offers in a small group setting. I was definitely a skeptic, so was EXtra-pleasantly surprised to find such good medicine in this meditative ritual. She plays an amazing collection of Tibetan and quartz singing bowls, and her place is impeccably clean and beautifully set up. And turns out it was Extra-good that I attended the group first (prior to going for private sessions)... because, for whatever reason, I don't necessarily like going to someone's home for a private service. This place, however, is definitely an exception - now I can't imagine going anywhere else. Yes there is a sense of being welcomed in a warm, hospitable, "homey" way, but you don't feel like you're walking into someone's living space - it's definitely a Healing space. The sunporch which is set up for the private sessions is very clearly a dedicated, sacred space with soooo much healing energy. Enter a dedicated, true Reiki Master and well..... I can't put the actual Magic that happens into words but, whether going for private Reiki sessions (I am especially amazed by a treatment she incorporates called "13th Octave Lahochi"), or for her Sound Healing/Mediation nights, she is definitely the real deal.

I have Lupus SLE and was going through months of non-stop flaring and had a gut feeling (intuition) that something inside me was unbalanced, thus causing my stress and anxiety to be in a state that I could just not tame. After doing some research and reading reviews on several practitioners, I was drawn to Andrea due to her traditional practice and scheduled a session with her that same week. I didn't know what to expect and so we started our session with her explaining what Reiki is and how it can help so many ailments. I also gave her some background on why I was seeking help. As an empath, I've always had difficulty controlling my emotions, especially when put in a negative situation and I explained this to Andrea who just understood exactly what I meant and was feeling. My session went SO well and after I opened my eyes I felt more like myself again, more positive, more calm and all of the anxiety felt like it just withered away.
