My girlfriend was fine with hers (except for reason above), but 2 issues with mine. First, Kaitlyn did ask me if I wanted any area to have special attention and I said my scalp. Just before the massage ended, I think she may have massaged my scalp for a minute. Second thing: my entire massage was with me face down. My girlfriend was asked to roll over, but I remained face down the entire hour. I have never had an hour massage when only one side was treated. Despite that, I gave them each a $20 tip for their time, but neither of us are inclined to return. And if you are thinking they must have been busy that day, no. There was no one in the waiting area when we arrived and one person walked in when we were leaving. I emailed the owner to share this (not requesting a refund but as a head's up) and never heard back.

She said yes but only after I get cleared by my doctor, which was completely understandable. I got cleared and made an appointment, Britnee suggested the 60 minute upper body massage. When I arrived to the place, parking was easy, I got to the door and Britnee was there to greet me. She offered me water and escorted me to the room. It was a very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Before I get to the massage portion of the review, I have a big issue when it comes to me coming in contact with other people's germs, I even avoid a lot of nail salons due to cleanliness, and when I say I felt so comfortable laying my face on the table, it was very refreshing. So now let's discuss the massage portion, as mentioned above I went there due to pain after a car accident, I was concerned before starting that she would be too rough around the most sensitive places, but that wasn't the case. Britnee played a guided meditation for me, as per request, and I relaxed, meditated and it was just so great. She used a CBD oil on me that was also very helpful. She was gentle where she needed to be, very professional, and I can tell she really pays attention to her clients needs and does her best to make the relaxed and have an overall great experience. I really couldn't believe it. The one downside was that the day following my appt I had some serious fatigue and other issues, which Julie explained to me could have been due to the session. Apparently sometimes you have a day where you feel worse before you feel better. I plan on scheduling another session and looking forward to experiencing the way things play out during round 2
