Bought some paint wanted a deep base guy said paint guys gone home he doesn't know. Bought the paint didn't tint it, went back talked to paint guy he said it's the wrong paint. Returned it and had to lose 15%. Gf returned items earlier and they did the same thing. She was mad and talked to manager who said too bad that's our policy and we are not giving any exceptions. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere. Customer service is not their forte

I was helped from a young man named William over in the tool area, and honestly, he was excellent. Even though he mentioned he had only recently begun working there, you wouldn't have guessed it. He showed great respect, something I rarely encounter these days, and he took into account what I needed instead of pushing me forward quickly. I had gone inside seeking welding supplies, assuming I roughly knew what I was after. But William made the effort to pose questions and ensured I actually had the proper equipment for the job--he knew his stuff. It turns out, I was short on some things I hadn't considered, so he certainly saved me an additional trip or two. That standard of care and genuine customer service leaves a lasting impression. He didn't regard me like just another face in line. He confirmed I got all that I needed before I went. For years, I've been visiting Home Depot, and moments like these serve as a reminder what keeps me coming back. It's beyond just the supplies--you enjoy service and assistance from individuals who genuinely care. William, though a young guy, he is certainly a valuable member of the team.

The tellers are supper friendly and have always been able to get me someone to help load the heavy stuff. I also find that even when I have a big heavy order like concrete bags, they still have a smile and good conversations while loading my truck. I do not recall ever, where the store did not have what I wanted or a better replacement for what I needed and to be honest I do not in any way see how anyone could only give them a two star rating. These people work hard and have always had a smile for me and always tried their hardest to help in any way possible.
