We told her, and she said they have no flower arrangements until tomorrow. So we asked about cut flowers, and were told the same thing. So we were in a flower shop with no flowers, and the woman couldn't have cared less. And she walked away, leaving a senior pushing another senior in a wheelchair to struggle awkwardly out their manual door again. If you and your staff want to encourage repeat business here, this is NOT the way to do it. There are other places to buy flowers in Nanaimo, and that is where we will shop from now on.
