Very disappointed! I…read morepurposely found a local florist to send my flowers, as I wanted to support a local business. I ordered flowers for my friend that had surgery and is in now in a hand cast. Their website is not very descriptive and certainly doesn't state basic omissions. The florist delivered an arrangement without a vase and that still needs to be cut to suit whatever vase my friend can find. As my friend only has use of one hand, what should have been an easy to enjoy thoughtful gift, turns out to be a hassle. They grossly overcharged for the same arrangement I could buy at the grocery store.

They NEVER send what I order. Today was the worst example and I'll not bother dealing with them anymore. I'd rather pick up a $25 bouquet from Save-On Foods than send something I think is beautiful for $80 only to discover what they sent is completely different and kind of garish and unelegant (if that's a word). Seriously, never going to send flowers from them again.
