Good pedicure bad service. Dude told me $55 asked if I had Venmo I asked if I could pay with a card and he rolled his eyes and sighed. When he handed me the receipt it was over $65. I was like you're charging me $11 to use a card and he said there was a 3% charge. I told him 3% of 55 is not $11 and now he tells me my total is $65. Whatever. Never again. Credit card fees are part of doing business and it should just be built into your prices. Go somewhere they aren't going to rip you off. read more

I decided to take my self to get my nails done and a pedicure since it's been so long and I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received. The pedicure was good luckily but my nails look utterly ridiculous. They aren't fully glued down my real nail is clearly showing and my nails on the right hand all are going sideways. The ladies were very nice but for 130$ you'd think the work would be a bit nicer. I won't be returning but thought I'd share so others can save their time and money. read more

I decided to treat myself to a mani pedi, only to realize that nearly none of the salons down here had room for a walk-in (or didn't take them at all). The lovely folks at J let me walk in without any fuss, and I was seated in minutes. I let them upsell me to the callus scrub pedi along with the regular mani. I adored the leg scrub with fresh oranges and limes, along with a hot stone massage! My nails looked pretty good, though my cuticles still looked kind of rough (I'm a nail biter, alas). Never going back to this place charged me 75 dollars to fill my acrilic nails and wasn't even what I asked for

I read the reviews and felt it was good place to have a full set put on. Day 8 a nail completley came off in an oven mit. So embarassing! I thought the paint job was a 2 out of 5, but went with it due to not having nails in so long. All nails are lifting which has me concerned for fungus. I will not be going back. The polish was not cleaned up any my cuticles were completley ignored. Service Requeted - 2 - as I showed a picture of what I wanted and my nails looked nothing like the picture. (Review for the older lady who does acrylics/manicures here named Dee, or Thi ha anh ho) Been coming here for a year for pedicures with a different lady who was lovely every visit but todays my only day off so I decided to see if they had any availability for an acrylic fill.... The lady was rude, trying to get me to do what I did not want because it would be faster for her. Because I said no to everything she would rather do than what I was asking for, she became impatient/irritated and rude, she let me soak in acetone for 20min (she also pretended not to understand me when I said I just want them painted instead of a fill) which prompted her to say that if I don't know what I want that I can just go somewhere else... so I paid $10 and left with my nails looking like this. I have barely been getting my nails done because of the crazy price of getting them done in this economy, but here I am. Unfortunately the massage chairs are always broken and that's the nice part of getting your nails done at a salon. Definitely don't go into chair 1 or 2 or 9. If you want a relaxing experience without having to deal with young kids then go somewhere else. I don't usually mind children but when I go out I want to relax. The employee's kids are running around screaming and jumping off of things and screaming at you to play with them. The nails are mediocre at best and I've bled from them cutting my cuticles more times than I can count--I know this happens sometimes but they don't even acknowledge it when all your nails are bleeding. For the price of a deluxe pedicure with gel once every few months it really adds up. I never write bad reviews but this is a place to stay away from sadly. read more

I LOVE love love this spa!! The pedicures are out of this world!!!! I got the deluxe milk and honey pedicure and omg it was incredible!! I had my eyes closed so I'm not sure of everything they did but they soaked my feet first, then painted my nails, rubbed limes and oranges on my legs and feet (SO good), put my feet in bags of hot paraffin wax, then rubbed the wax on my legs while simultaneously massaging them with hot rocks. Lastly they put a HOT towel on my legs (which I love, give me all the heat lol) and wiped them and then massaged my feet and calves. INCREDIBLE will definitely be back and I definitely recommend!!! Doesn't look like much from the outside but I promise the milk and honey pedicure is worth a visit!!! read more

Came in for a full set and ended up with Thi :) Thi was really patient and knew what I wanted. She's very talented and super sweet. I loved that she made sure to ask me before she put a color on. I also appreciated that she didn't make my nails bleed, because that's happened a lot to me before by other nail salons in the area. They are friendly and thorough, and this is especially important while in the midst of a pandemic when we are all doing our best to get through this. But their attributes were the same, before the pandemic. I give this place a good review because I trust their quality of service and that says a lot because I'm picky. This shop is really nice, has many color options (regular or gel) and is always VERY clean and neatly organized. If you like your brain tech, ask for their name and request them when you want to make your next appointment. Some techs have a different style so did the one who suits you. Walk ins are welcome but they do get busy and try to accommodate most people (but maybe they end up over extending themselves at times?). I love it here! read more

I've been looking for a solid nail place in this area for a few months, and I'm so glad to have found this nail salon! I moved down here from the Bay Area not too long ago, and I didn't think it would be this tough to find a decent nail place, but I'm glad that I finally found one. This salon is really clean and has an open layout. They have about 10 pedicure chairs and I believe 3-5 general nail stations. The woman who did my pedicure was soo sweet, as was the girl who did my full set. I also really appreciated the fact that no one tried to persuade me to do the "nail dip". I did it once, elsewhere, and I'll never do it again - it's not sanitary; everyone dips their fingers into the same jar (if someone has an open sore, etc, say hello to infections). I had a pedicure done along with a new set of acrylics, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I'll be coming back for sure! read more

Went in for a dip and was seated right away...thinking great! Place seemed clean and the girls were super friendly. Everything was looking great I picked my color and they removed my old dip filed my nails and then they pulled out the UV light! WTF...at this point I should have walked out but I stayed and ended up getting literally a gel manicure disguised as a dip...they use the dip powder but then apply gel coats and UV light it! This is not a Dip!!! $55 for a gel manicure...they don't do dip nails correctly and probably the biggest waste of money these nails lasted 5 days before they started peeling! My dip nails last me 3-5 weeks easily without ever chipping. read more
