Showed up at 3 pm for an appointment for 2 pedicures. All of the chairs were full, which was an initial red flag. We asked how long, they said "5 minutes". Okay fine. By the time we were seated it was pushing 3:20. One person started working on my feet, while the person I was there with just sat in the chair. Another 20 minutes goes by and no one had even come over to help. The person doing my toes went off to help someone with a transaction. In that time 3 more people came in for appointments, still with no one to help them. At that point we decided to cut our losses and leave. So we spent 40 minutes doing nothing. I got my toe nail polish off and toenails trimmed, that's it. The person I went with had no service done at all. No one really seemed to care that we weren't being helped or that we walked out. The person doing my toes did apologize but otherwise it felt like they didn't care and they had put us in the chairs only to keep us there not to serve us. I'm incredibly disappointed as I've had great experiences here before, but being treated that way, with an appointment is unacceptable. If you didn't have enough people to serve us, tell us that. I would have happily come later in the day or at a different time instead of being treated like that. Unfortunately we won't be returning. read more

Requested a cat eye gel pedicure and manicure. The man David did great on the pedicure, but didn't do so well with the cateye reflection. It's fine, it's just my toes. The woman Katie who did my manicure didn't soak my nails and left behind cuticles. She also could not get the desired cat eye reflection on my nails. She also left excess gel polish on the side of my nails. This business has over 10 separate nail displays filled with cat eye nail colors. I had asked for the exact design as the one in their display. I'm disappointed because I had to pay a 30 up-charge on my manicure for a design that looks nothing like the display they use to advertise their colors/set. Massage chairs were nice, music playing was calm, TVs had interesting shows streaming. Come here for a basic design but don't get the cats eye!!! They look pretty on the display but I promise it can't be replicated here. read more

I was visiting from out of town, and am so glad I stumbled onto this place. It's super well lit & clean with a fresh look that's different from most salons. Walked in for a full set of gel extensions with pearl white chrome and they were able to sit me in quickly! I got Jimmy who was wonderful and delicate with my nails. Well...this is pretty weird.... Given that I regularly give my business for nails to this particular salon for some time yesterday I called to make spot to have three count them 3 press on nails removed with their little tools they utilize which I happen not to possess, everything was fine to make an appt to have just three press on nails removed so that I could then have matching false fingernails rather than three differing varieties thereby looking tacky...I had had the audacity to remove my gel nails I'd had for like forty some years to give my natural naturals a break as we know all those chemicals are not do great but we do it anyway...what a fiasco...no one informed me that was some kind of crime or anything. So when I spoke to the gentleman to make the appt for 9am he did not inform me of any " minimum" amount if money I needed to spend to accomplish my goal and told me it would be like 15 bucks, even tho it would take like 5 minutes for these press on nails to be popped off which I felt was a bit excessive, but ok I made the appt for 9am today telling him I had a scheduled appt with my doctor prior to 9sm and I was told no problem Well...I show up at 9:30 this am and done lady is like insulted that it would " only be 3 nails" therefore not enough cash I get for her to bother. It wasn't a problem when I made the appt lastnight do when did this problem crop up?? What's going on here?? Although I was willing to pay 15 bucks for somebody-anybody yo pop off these three nails like would take 5 min max-now that's not good enough cash for this place?? I don't know about you, but there's plenty of nail places around I'm certain there's another place would be more than happy to take my money even ripping me off like this so I decided I'd do that...and pass on going back to this place thank you very much. Paully did an excellent job on my toes a couple times. Meghan did a great job on my nails. Katy- I will not use again. She did my manicure in a big rush (even though I had scheduled this appointment several days in advance). She cut my cuticles completely. I was distracted because I was talking to a friend. I did not realize until it was too late. She made two of my cuticles bleed. One pretty badly. Seemed like all she cared about was going as fast as possible. Very disappointing! I had high hopes about this place because of the reviews. I took my daughter-in-law. for her birthday We both had pedicures and nails. We both were seated at the same time and my pedicure started first. About 15 minutes after the tech started on mine, another tech (Megan) started on my DIL. She rushed through the pedicure, barely giving her a leg massage, while mine was still progressing. Mine finished 10 minutes after hers. She got screwed. We even had to ask Megan to put a top coat on my DILs toes, and she didn't even come back to put her shoes on. It reflected in her tip. Next, we were seated side-by-side to get our nails filled. Both techs were pretty good, though the clean-up under my DILs nails could have been better. I have a lot of experience with pedicures and fills, and I'm not that picky. Showed up ten minutes early and checked in - she asked my name twice and scowled- so not sure if she could find it. Ten minutes later they put me in chair and ran the water. Half an hour after the appointment time no one had said another word to me and the five staff were still all working on the same five customers. Five more people were waiting behind me. I went with my elderly 87 year-old mother who uses a walker and will fall asleep if she's sitting too long bored. Anyway, she's been a RN all her life and so she's never used nail polish so I said no color. I should've said no polish because they put clear and that's not that big a deal except that the cost is more And we made the appointment so we wouldn't have to wait but we still waited and a lot of people were walking in and they were being served at the same time. I was thankful they squeezed me in same day as calling. Upon arrival, I wasn't greeted and got some funny looks as I walked in. Almost walked out due to feeling uncomfortable but I really needed my nails done and it was my only free evening before my event. As I'm picking out colors I had to use my phone flashlight because the lighting was so dim. Not ideal. They did my pedicure and nails at the same time which was fine but I didn't get to use their really nice fancy massage chairs too long to avoid the shaking while she did my nails. But I will say these chairs were amazing! Pedicure was good. Nothing epic but I got the base level pedicure. Nails.... It looks like I did them myself. You can't really see details while you're in there because of the lighting. But today man I see every flaw and there is a lot. Pretty disappointed. They did gel extensions and a gel pedicure. It was $120 and I tipped for exceptional service with mediocre results. I will not be returning. I blame myself for not inspecting better before I left. read more

That being said we had made an appointment the day prior and still had to wait almost half an hour to be seated. Made a same day appointment to have a much needed nails and pedicure service. Upon arrival I sized up the shop, the atmosphere was calming and clean. Mostly I noticed how busy they were, every nail chair was occupied BUT no crazy loud chatter! When technicians spoke to each other it was very soft spoken. Met Jimmy, a friendly pleasant manager seated my daughter and I to begin our pedicures in the foot baths. I chose the lavender package and Jimmy went to work. His hands were soothing, gentle and efficient. The 5 minute massage was amazing, about put me to sleep!! As Jimmy was doing my pedicure his lovely wife Katie started working on the mess of my nails. 2 months grow out, 3 nails completely gone and one lifting. Katie was confident and efficient, never hurting me at any time. She replaced the 3 with clear tips and began shaping to my desired length and prepping for a French tip color. Jimmy finished my nails to my delight, beautiful French tip look with Crome overlay. When finished Katie waxed my eyebrows! Very satisfied and happy with my service! I will definitely be going back to support this business ... oh, did I mention I had brought my little girl Pomeranian? She was very welcomed. Jimmy provided water and a cup to give her water as well as myself. They do offer a variety of beverages, wine and made right there several choices of margaritas!
