While I don't get to visit as often as I would like, when I do go the treatments are catered to my skin type and she focuses on any issues I bring up. Jen was amazing. There was a huge difference on my facial skin after one session with her that I got a few days before my wedding. I have combination skin, and after she worked her magic I had much softer and illuminated skin, and almost a month later my skin still feels great. My skin also took very well to the makeup on my wedding day, and I believe the facial highly contributed to that because the foundation didn't sit as perfectly when I did the trial before the facial. The room is very cozy and relaxing. I like how professional, organized, friendly, and calm she was! There's a little menu of ads-ons on the bed, and a sweet little chocolate treat for when you leave. The only thing I'm slightly disappointed about is that I purchased two products from this location after asking for recommendations on a basic face wash and a daily microfoliant to use together, but when I finally used them a week later, I realized they were both basically the same thing so I can't use them together. The wash already has a rough exfoliating texture, and it's too rough on my skin if I add the powdered microfoliant as suggested. On their own they are both great products though! Nonetheless, I will definitely be back for facials :). read more

Jen is such a sweetheart! I got the acne facial. Honestly, if you are struggling with acne I wouldn't recommend her. She didn't spend a lot of time on extractions and a couple of my breakouts just filled right back up an hour after I left which has never been an issue for me in the past when I have gotten facials from other estheticians. Her focus was making sure my face looked amazing walking out the door instead of treating my acne long term. Or at least that's what it seemed like. I usually expect to walk out really blotchy and red but then I have amazing skin about 3 days after a facial. However with Jen, I walked out and my skin was glowing and less red then it was when I walked in. I would definitely go back when I'm not trying to get rid of my acne but for now, I'll look for someone else to treat the break outs! read more

This place was fantastic! The room was decorated super cute and had a homey atmosphere. I spoke with Jen about my skin (I have combination skin with slight acne scaring/hyperpigmentation) and she suggested microdermabrasion and microcurrent duo. It was so relaxing and I could tell she was really taking her time to ensure the best possible results. She was very friendly and nice so it was easy to talk to her. I had the best facial with microdermabrasion ever today with Jen. I love that she uses organic products. She has very gentle hands. My skin feels so much softer and younger. I'd say this was a decent facial. The positives - 1) It seemed like quality products were used throughout. and the space is nice. 2) Jen had a great and skillful touch, The massage portion was wonderful, tho too short. (There was a hand and arm massage, but sadly, just maybe a 2 minute neck and shoulder massage at the very end of the facial.) The negatives - 1) Extractions were painful as it seemed some sort of metal tool was used. No steam treatment prior to open up pores. My face had red marks from these. 2) Altho on the website the price/time is listed as $85 and up for 120 minutes, my facial was just over an hour, maybe 65 minutes (and about 20 minutes I was left alone with a mask on my face). 3) Granted, it may have been an off day, but I didn't get the warm feeling of personalized attention. She asked me maybe one question about my skin prior and that was it. Overall, I would say it was fine, but after just moving to the area, I'm looking for someone I look forward going to each time.
