My adult daughter and I had pedicures this morning and it was not a great experience. Everything felt very rushed, including the massages, and nothing was done thoroughly. The hot stone part of the massage was literally about 20 seconds. My toenails were not shaped at all and were just cut straight across, and the polish was very sloppy. Let's start with what makes this place great... the ambiance is so incredibly relaxing and beautiful. The massage chairs are literally the best I have ever been in. Everything feels very high quality. The music is relaxing and they offer you a drink, I had green tea which was super yummy. Amy was great, she was kind and patient and helpful with great customer service. As far as the actual nails, they were okay. Not the best but not bad at all. I came here a month ago and loved my experience with another girl. I need her schedule. Because she's great! The lady I got today. Literally took off most of my nail and snipped off my cuticle soo high up it was burning and she just kept rubbing alcohol where she snipped me and cutting more off my nail. Her coworkers noticed I was watching her like a hawk because of her cutting me and they can see I was getting upset A bit upset but it's whatever they'll grow back but still it wasn't busy to where she should be rushing and not paying attention. read more

After reading the reviews I was excited to come here. Vinny had excellent reviews and when he introduced himself I was even more happy. I had a Noon appointment and was seated to soak soon after I arrived but Vinny was not able to start my pedicure until 12:30. I received the worst pedicure I've ever had. The paint does not covery nail bed, it's on my cuticles he did not trim and my nails were cut all different lengths. I wanted a basic but of course he talked me into getting gel. When it was time to pay he wanted to charge me 12.00 for paint removal. I put only a base coat on over a month before and there was very little of it left. It took him less than 30 seconds to remove the residual. I paid 65.00 for a horrible pedicure. read more

I do like this place but the upselling was too much. If I said I want a particular service don't keep asking me again and again. Since I only wanted the basic pedicure my nail tech told me needed callous removal and I said no I'm fine. A few seconds later she started the treatment and then said it will only be $10 more. Highly recommend! I wanted a "pamper me" day and at noon on a Saturday, I really wasn't expecting to be able to get in anywhere without an appointment. I called to see if they could service a walk in pedicure and immediately was told "come over and we will take care of you." I did just that. Went on over, and was seated in a chair within a few minutes. The salon is so clean, friendly, and super relaxing vibes. I waited, maybe 10 minutes, and then they started my pedicure. After looking at the prices and packages offered, I asked if they had time for a gel manicure. I said if not, please don't worry, and was again told "we will take care of you." Take care of me, they did! I felt so comfortable, they listened to what I wanted, and made sure that I was happy before they even finished. 100% will be coming back. I had a walk in for pedi and fill. I get my nails done every 2 weeks consistently and have for the past 10 years. This is THE WORST set of nails and pedicure I've ever gotten in my life. I asked for a trim and she chopped my toe nails down to where it looks so ugly and uneven. I asked for square and they are all sorts of shapes and too short to even fix. I asked for a fill and my nails look worse than what I came one with. Thick, bumpy and uneven. I spent 3 hours and $130 for the worst work I've ever had. I was assisted by a man who did the shaping and Amy who did the polish and I didn't get the woman on the pedicure. Pretty location but 10/10 would NOT recommend this place. After she cut my nails down she smiled and said they'll grow out in a week. Will be spending MORE MONEY and re doing my nails tomorrow morning with someone else. read more

They got one extra star because it's a nice space, but I went 20 minutes early to my appointment and they rushed me into a chair and gave me no time to pick a color. I picked one quickly before she took the samples away- I had just sat down- and it was not a great color. Then they tried to get me to get me to upgrade to a gel polish for the pedicure, which I've never done and I didn't want to pay extra for that. They used a "similar" non gel color that is very noticeably different. They told me it would be not an exact match, if I didn't upgrade to the gel, but I've been to many other salons and they are usually pretty close in color. I've never had this issue. They also offered me a drink when I sat down and then never brought it- she was in too big of hurry that I don't think the woman was listening when she asked the question. I won't be returning. I didn't arrive early to be rushed through the experience that's supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable. I'll have to pay to get my hands redone somewhere else this week. read more

The salon was clean and friendly; however, when I asked different workers repeatedly for a French manicure, I was given quite the opposite. I was so disappointed as it was for my daughter's wedding. Memorial Day weekend, my mother in law and I go to get a pedicure. Keep in mind I call to make an appointment. And immediately are just pointed to a seat, no greeting or hi. Then we get to peruse the colors and had to wait around 30 minutes to actually be seated. Once seated my technician who was clearly training attempted to wipe off my old polish and complete missed spots. She continued the pedicure and was very iffy throughout her process looking often at the worker next to her for approval and critique/criticism. Immediately as my mother's toes were done the technician grabbed her bag, drink and jacket and moved it to a bench. Then put her flip flops on her and forced her up to sit and wait at the bench til her toes were done. Same thing happened to me except when placing my flip flops on she messed up and was clearly upset. Not to forget when they were done with mine, they just told me to get up. No seat for me. I was left standing when they finally offered me one of the technicians low chairs. Stuck to wait awkwardly til they gave us the all clear. It would be understandable if they had people waiting for the seats but they remained empty the entire time we were waiting for our toes to dry. And didn't even bother to fix one of my toes. Not to mention the technician doing my mom's toes was coughing and sniffling the entire process. So much so my mother was clearly uncomfortable. So sad to say as beautiful and clean this salon may look. The women serving you couldn't care less about your experience. read more
