I'm disappointed because I had to pay a 30 up-charge on my manicure for a design that looks nothing like the display they use to advertise their colors/set. Massage chairs were nice, music playing was calm, TVs had interesting shows streaming. Come here for a basic design but don't get the cats eye!!! They look pretty on the display but I promise it can't be replicated here.

By the time we were seated it was pushing 3:20. One person started working on my feet, while the person I was there with just sat in the chair. Another 20 minutes goes by and no one had even come over to help. The person doing my toes went off to help someone with a transaction. In that time 3 more people came in for appointments, still with no one to help them. At that point we decided to cut our losses and leave. So we spent 40 minutes doing nothing. I got my toe nail polish off and toenails trimmed, that's it. The person I went with had no service done at all. No one really seemed to care that we weren't being helped or that we walked out. The person doing my toes did apologize but otherwise it felt like they didn't care and they had put us in the chairs only to keep us there not to serve us. I'm incredibly disappointed as I've had great experiences here before, but being treated that way, with an appointment is unacceptable. If you didn't have enough people to serve us, tell us that. I would have happily come later in the day or at a different time instead of being treated like that. Unfortunately we won't be returning.

There are about a hundred nicer and more professional ways to tell someone you don't have availability. I wasn't expecting them to magically squeeze me in, I was expecting basic customer service. Definitely one of the rudest interactions I've had in a while. Don't worry, you won't have time for me today OR any other day.

So impressed with this place! First off, this place does not smell like most salons, where chemicals slap you in the face as you walk in. It is extremely well ventilated, and actually smells like PIZZA from being next door to Palo Mesa Pizza. It is an extremely clean, sanitary, attractive place. My acrylics lasted over a month- I've never had a set last that long. I needed their help to take them off they were stuck on so well. I received compliments everywhere I went. I also had a pedicure, and felt very pampered. This time I went with "dipping" at their suggestion, and I'm very pleased again! Sunny remembered that I like short nails for my job and suggested it. That is what I will be doing from now on! My nails look beautiful when I leave here, and the boost to my self esteem that I get from good looking nails is pretty hard to put a value on. The people who own the salon (Sunny and Tammie) are also very nice people, who work hard and obviously care about their customers. Go there and meet them! Highly recommend this place to anyone!! read more

I used to enjoy coming here until i realized just how much they overcharge and until my recent experience. They tell you during your service that if you experience any chipping or issues with your mani/pedi within 10 days then you can come in for a free fix. Well, within 5 days all of my nails started to come up and chip. This manicure was done by Daniel. I called and told my experience to the receptionist who was very nice and understanding. When I sat down the nail lady (not sure of her name, maybe Nina) said it looks like they all need to be redone which I agreed to because it was true, they were all coming up. After they were done I asked if I could tip using my card and she proceeded to charge me the full manicure charge ($40). I explained I didn't want this, it should've been free of charge. She refused to accommodate me and I said there was a huge lack of communication on her end. Never going back. read more

I took a chance on this nail salon since mine was closed that day. That was two months ago. Love the work they do here and are very accommodating with walk- ins. I presented the 20% new-client coupon listed here on Yelp. Instead of just applying it, the employee who massaged me made me feel extremely awkward for asking. He kept walking away to talk and laugh with other staff in another language while I waited to pay. Verdict: The end result of the pedicure was decent, but between the lack of attention to my requests and the unprofessional, uncomfortable checkout interaction, I likely won't be back.
