For a store that positions itself as a high‑end shopping experience, the Aritzia location in the…read moreBurlington Mall is surprisingly careless with some very basic things. The most concerning issue is the condition of the rugs throughout the store. They are torn, frayed, and tangled to the point where they present a clear tripping hazard. It is not a minor detail. It is something anyone can see the moment they walk in. It makes the store look neglected and creates an unsafe environment for shoppers who should not have to watch every step they take. The return policy is another major problem. For a brand that charges premium prices, the policy feels restrictive and outdated. There is no flexibility and no real consideration for the fact that customers are investing a significant amount of money in their products. Other retailers in the same price range have moved forward with more reasonable policies, but this location has not. Aritzia may sell beautiful clothing, but the overall experience at this store does not match the quality of the merchandise. Safety, customer care, and basic upkeep should not be optional. Until those issues are taken seriously, this location falls short of the standard the brand claims to represent.

Both Alannah and Cloe C. made my entire shopping experience most wonderful on December 3, 2024…read more I haven't been able to adjust to the wide leg style these days, but Alannah was most helpful in getting me the right jean and starting a fitting room for me with such ease and grace. She was inspirational in her own outfit to help me feel and look my best. There was also another lady with big beautiful glasses who also confirmed my new wide jean looked good on this 40 year old lady. ;0) Chloe C. rang me out at the cash register and was also amazing!! It is so hard to find really great people who show care and warmth to the customer these days and I really appreciated it. I saved over $80 in my total shopping trip and have had other friends ask me where I got my sweater from and of course J. Crew. Please be well and continue to exceed customer expectations. I visited this store on 5/17/18 at 8pm and was very disappointed by the customer service. The two…read moresaleswomen were unfriendly and seemed easily agitated when I asked whether I could exchange (not return) an item marked final sale because I didn't have time to try it on. Neither really knew the answer so ultimately I was forced to try on the item. I made a purchase and was served by a large woman with heavy makeup and dramatic eyebrows. She was nasty and agitated by my question. She was cold, shoved my purchase at me and scowled at me as I left the store. I will never shop at this location again. If a customer asking a question about company policy makes the sales clerks defensive and nasty, it's just not worth patronizing.

I loved Bobbles & Lace! The girl working the shop was lovely. She showed so much interest and gave me lots of suggestions. She also told us about the town and where to walk to get down to the water. She was absolutely fantastic and talked up their other location in Boston. I ended up finding a beautiful dainty bangle bracelet to wear to a friend's rehearsal dinner that we were in the area to attend. Plus, everything in the shop was really reasonably priced! If you're in the area and looking to shop I highly recommend Bobbles & Lace! It is absolutely wonderful!

I got the most amazing things from two long dresses, pants, jeans, shirts and sexy tops! There items are so on trend and I love them! Don't be afraid of trying on things that perhaps you wouldn't normally try on, because they usually look better on than on the hanger. I live in a warm weather climate so a lot of the items just don't work for me! There wee some items I liked which they could have ordered for me, but I really hate to pay shipping fees. So I skipped those items. However, it really is so so fabulous all around! You can order online as well if you wish. They also offer rose, water etc if you wish. Since I've been here, they changed things around a little, their dressing rooms are in the front and in the back is more of a storage space (where the dressing room used to be).

I explained I was not aware and it has only been about 3 weeks. They don't give paper receipts so they only way I would have known the policy is on my receipt they texted me, which I didn't look at until I realized they didn't fit. The girl never told me when I made the purchase. Regardless, 3 weeks is not a long time and I would have expected a one time courtesy. After all, I am a new customer and one would think they would want me to continue to shop there. Apparently not. The girl called the owner to see what they could do and they offered me 50% store credit! I can't imagine she had even made such a ridiculous offer. Like anyone in their right mind would suggest or accept that. I was literally looking for one size smaller. So over a simple exchange, they lost a customer and now I will share my experience every chance I get about the terrible customer service they provide. I guess is why the store was empty in both visits.
