I went and looked in person to see what they had, and I liked the most expensive one there that was about $7K. I couldn't really justify buying that, so I did a bit more research and took their quiz online for recommendations, and I ended up selecting the Restore Plus Hybrid which was about half of that price! I also saw they were having Presidents' Day deals when I signed up on their website. When I went back, knowing more about what I wanted, I ended up talking to Daryl, who is one of the best service employees I've met in a LONG time. I saw a lot of other reviews here mentioning him, and I hope his manager knows what a gem he is. Daryl helped me in getting a quote for the mattress and frame I wanted and emailed it to me. I asked him a question via email and he got back to me, offering me a bit more of a discount. When I was ready to buy, I came into the store and waited until he was available to help me complete the transaction. He helped me to not only get the best price but that I should check if my credit card had cash-back deals, saving me even more money! I felt like he was very genuine and looking out for me. My mattress and base were delivered in about a week; I paid the extra to get it set up. Looking forward to sleeping on it!

I'm waiting to see if this will be covered by their "10 year warranty" . Purple apparently charges a $200 fee to replace a mattress even if it's covered by their warranty. I'm on the fence about whether to replace it even if the warranty claim is approved, because I don't want to have to make a claim and pay an extra $200 every year on top of what I already paid, just to not have to deal with backaches.

Service is consistently approachable and friendly, which is very hard to find in the home improvement industry. This store is expansive, clean, and much easier to shop than all the other independent tile places. Easy process to buy and return samples, plenty of selection, and you can shop at your own pace with all the information well presented on each item. Prices are very reasonable, plus there's lots of clearance options also available if you're on a tight budget. Special shout out to Don, who was super helpful with tile mosaics. He immediately took us to exactly the color/style/size of tile we were looking for, gave insightful comments, and placed tiles next to each other to help us imagine different combinations for our project.

We met Steve and he was more than happy to help us find the right mattress that was right for me and my fiancee. We had a mattress in mind already, but he gave us multiple options that fit our needs. He even had me lay on one of those analyzers that tell you what mattress is best for you-- it was accurate as it calculated I would do well with a firm mattress, which is what I ended up choosing. I went with a Casper mattress that was on sale. Ordered the mattress and 2 weeks later received a call from Mancini's saying the mattress was in. The mattress was scheduled for delivery the next day and I received a text the day before stating the 2-hour window. They came as promised and they took away my old mattress (10.50 for recycling fee). If I ever need another mattress, I will come back. Highly recommend this location.

He was very knowledgable of the different cabinet sizes, narrowed down the best plan based on our needs, asked the right questions and answered our amateur questions. They do have a showroom that was helpful when we needed a visual. From there we exchanged emails and phone calls until we felt like what we had was perfect. He was so patient and kind during the whole process. The lead time to pick up the cabinets was 4 weeks and it was ready like promised. TIP: They do get a lot of walk-ins on the weekends.
