History
Established in 2008.
J. Brown Construction is guided by three principles that that epresent the best we have to offer:
On time. On budget. On your side.
It's more than just a tagline, it's a personal guarantee. We produce high quality work that leaves clients satisfied with the results, but more than that, we respect your needs and your time. Customer service is often overlooked, and it's time to bring it back. We schedule a specific appointment rather than large windows of time that leave you waiting. We prepare accurate estimates that factor labor and materials to reflect the full cost of the job. Most importantly, we are advocates for our clients. If you can get better pricing somewhere else or greater expertise, we will always be up front with you. We want you to get the best service, and know that's the way to earn your trust.
From minor work like installing a new light fixture or painting a room to full-scale kitchen and bath remodels, there is truly no job too big or too small.
Meet the Business Owner: Jeff B.
Beginning as a an apprentice in the Carpenter's Union in St. Louis, Missouri, Jeff went on to a successful career as a project superintendent working on small semi-custom homes with local developers in both Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Wilmington, North Carolina, as well as working for high volume national builders like D.R. Horton in California.
He spent a few years during the course of his career focusing on customer service and warranty for new homes, and gained recognition for not only being a skilled craftsman, but also having great people skills and a helpful, proactive approach.
Jeff has taken all the skills he developed over his 22-year career in construction, and parlayed it into his own company, J. Brown Construction. More than a handyman, and more than a General Contractor, he is a problem solver and an advocate for his clients. He delivers what he promises, and does it in a way that makes clients return to him time and again for all their needs.
