Aaron had thoughtful ideas about new layouts for our small bathroom, and kindly returned to work through a second concept. He had a great balance of listening to our needs, plus honestly telling us when in his professional experience something wouldn't work in our small room. Their price was right in line with other quotes and we chose Y Group based on Aaron's collaborative approach with us. Paola managed the project and was amazing to work with. She was also very collaborative in approach, and met us multiple times in different showrooms to look at options for tiles, cabinets etc. She had great design ideas while also hearing us on our tastes and preferences. Once the project started she regularly checked in on progress, and dealt with the minor issues that always come up with large projects professionally. We went with a custom vanity and linen closet design from Luis and Gervin, cabinet makers they work with regularly -- it looks and feels wonderful and really maximized the usable space vs. commercial options. Walter the foreman did great work throughout, especially with the large 24x48" tiles. These are hard to work with, and every joint is perfect. Our small bathroom needed a lot of thoughtful touches to really come together, and they nailed it -- the design has really transformed the space. I highly recommend Y Group Remodeling!

We interviewed about seven contractors last year and chose Popescu Construction for our remodel…read morebecause they seemed to be the most responsive and were definitely the most professional. We were not disappointed. Marius and his team did a great job renovating our bathrooms, dining room, kitchen and part of our living room all before we moved in to our town home. The quote was a one the higher ones but in the end there was wasn't much creep to the quoted price. Which to us means he probably did a pretty honest job with his statement of work and the proposed cost. Oh, his proposal of the ones we received back was easily the most detailed as well. Expecting good craftsmanship and a timely project completion should be a given but is often not. Marius and team delivered there even with some curve balls (we ended up doing more than initially intended) we threw their way. Marius was able to manage all balls in the air and still manage to complete the project within an acceptable timeline. You can't always plan on vendors having sourcing issues on materials. Or having damaged or wrong delivered fixtures or appliances and other random setbacks. But they managed to deal with and remediate all the issues and keep our project moving forward. What we really appreciated was their professionalism, communication and responsiveness. He kept us updated on any project needs or timeline updates.Their ability to manage the project, warn and educate us on potential issues and provide solutions or remediations quickly. What can I say? They were great and if I ever had to do this again, we'd hire him again. We've passed his contact to a few friends and acquaintances already. Now, whether he'd do work for us again? That would be another story... I cannot recommend Popescu Construction highly enough.

They provided a very fair quote, but we ended up having to put the project on hold. When we were finally ready to revisit it, they were willing to honor the original estimate, which we really appreciated. This is our first home and the first major renovation project we've undertaken, so we were a little apprehensive going into the process. We ultimately decided to expand the project into a full remodel, and even with the additional scope, the updated price remained very reasonable and close to what we had originally expected to spend. Once the project started, everything moved quickly and smoothly through each phase. Communication was timely and responsive, which helped keep the project moving efficiently from start to finish. Tony, the foreman, and his team were extremely detail-oriented and did exceptional work. The craftsmanship really shows in the finished bathroom. Everything looks carefully installed and precise, and the tile work in particular is incredibly clean. We're extremely happy with how the bathroom turned out and with the overall experience, especially for our first major home project. We would use them again for future projects and highly recommend them.

Their quote was detailed and competitive, closely matching the other estimates we received. Avi, the project manager, thoroughly explained each step of the remodeling process, which gave us confidence moving forward. We stayed in regular contact via WhatsApp, making it easy to ask questions and share updates. Their designer, (Elinor), provided valuable recommendations, assisted with shopping, and created a 3D design that helped us visualize the final outcome. Impressively, the finished bathroom closely matched the design, which was a major factor in our decision to choose Constructions and More. Joseph, the foreman, and his team were professional, respectful, and kept our home clean throughout the project. They did an excellent job handling everything from electrical and plumbing work to tiling and fixture installation. They also managed all the necessary permit inspections with the city. Added finished photo with the 3D Render. We are extremely pleased with the final results of our bathroom remodel and would definitely hire them again.

He took the time to walk me through the process, answered all my (many!) questions with patience and clarity, and provided insights that made it clear he has deep expertise and a passion for doing things the right way.
