Don't go here unless you like your vehicle straight disrespected. Im 19 years old and this is my second car and the first one i'm putting real blood sweat and tears into. This experience was awful and makes me never want to bring her to a shop again let alone this shop. Shortly after I discovered that their finance manager made an error submitting the lease documents to Honda financial. What was supposed to be 12k miles a year got recorded in error as 10k miles a year. Over the last 6 months I have sent numerous emails and phone calls and visits to the dealership to resolve this - They have confirmed the error was made but after 6 months have done nothing to correct it. Their inattentiveness has really soured the whole purchase process. And my confidence in them is fading by the day.
