Alem did show up a tad late but at this point I didn't care. He installed the window A/C and briefed me on basic operation noting that extra water drain plugs were provided and how to replace same. His work was great but I was disappointed in his lack of business sensitivity for jerking me around for a whole Friday, Overall on a scale of 1-10 I'd award a 6.

Jackson and Erik got there and we were tearing it up while getting business done - hilarious really. By about 5pm same day, I had a quote and a good price for 2 new units. But then the next shocker. They scheduled the install FOR THE NEXT MORNING. Their installers arrived early next morning, Mark, Roberto, & Tyler. All great guys. By 10:30 I finally had air blasting in the house. I had suffered with failing AC for 18 months since buying this house and they had it down to 70 for their tests. It was... AMAZING. So, without doubt I recommend these guys. Turns out I probably need a New machine instead of a repair. That is based on the age of the machine and leak issue. Steve spent nearly 20 Minutes on the phone with me helping me troubleshoot and diagnose the issue.
