Well, that deadline passed forcing a second call. Again, apologies which prompted me to ask if Alem could manage to do the job on Saturday morning. Response: YES. Alem did show up a tad late but at this point I didn't care. He installed the window A/C and briefed me on basic operation noting that extra water drain plugs were provided and how to replace same. His work was great but I was disappointed in his lack of business sensitivity for jerking me around for a whole Friday, Overall on a scale of 1-10 I'd award a 6.

In addition, Alem also adapted the new upper cabinet to reuse the original doors and rewired the existing lighting into the new cabinet. Both the drawer and cabinet had been unusable for months. The cabinet companies I contacted wanted to replace all the cabinets/drawers, costing thousands! The handymen either thought the job was beneath them or they simply didn't call me back. I phoned Alem, left a message and he called back within the hour. After giving him measurements and necessary information, Alem was at my house later that afternoon with a new cabinet, ready to work. He made all the repairs within 36 hours of our initial contact! I wish I had found him 4 months ago!
