Vince at Castle was quick to reply, gave me a good quote on the service we needed and arrived the same day early in the afternoon. He could not have been more professional or courteous. Mgr gave us his cell# that afternoon and continuously texted us offering to work with us on getting a new furnace and AC unit. Funny how he stopped texting me when I told him we were going to get a second opinion. While we were waiting for our 2nd opinion appt, we called the OP Fire department who immediately came out. Their reading was too low to detect any carbon monoxide leak! Now, we're questioning whether we had a Freon leak last spring or not. I put my project on Yelp, and Dragonfly was one of the first companies to respond. They contacted me by phone (no AI messaging system) and were very polite and professional. They sent someone out that day, and the price they quoted was actually very reasonable. They happened to have an opening the next day, and I had my new water heater installed less than 24 hours after I first saw them, and for a price I could actually afford. Every person I dealt with at this company has been kind, personable, and knowledgable. This is a small local family owned business, and now I have a plumber I trust for any future needs. They also do HVAC, and I plan on using them for that, too. It's such a relief as a homeowner to have a great company to work with, and I highly recommend these folks. What a great experience!
