They offer 10yr.parts 1 for labor!!! We got a bill for labor on a unit installed 6 months ago. They don't stand behind thier word and this is poor business. They did a wonderful job and based on what it took to install the bathroom faucets I'm really glad that I didn't try to do it myself because I would have failed hard and would have needed an emergency plumber to bail me out. The kitchen sink was never even a possibility for me to install, starting with it weighs 70 pounds and because it's deeper than the sink it replaced literally everything under the sink had to be replaced and re-plumbed completely.
