My A/C was freezing up and would quit working at times through the day. My warranty company assigned a company to come fix it. After a month of them coming out and applying the same bandaid fix that only worked for a few hours, we contacted our warranty company to get someone else to look at it. They assigned Kingdom. They came out and after looking at my A/C once, they told me three things that were wrong with it. They fixed some of them but had to get my warranty companys approval to fix the other issue. Once that was approved, kingdom was contacted again to fix this issue. Kingdom informed my warranty company that they would not be able to get to it for at least a week and recommended contacting another company. Kingdom puts the customer ahead of profits and they know how to do their job. Kingdom will always be my first choice for my HVAC system! read more

American Home Shield supposedly has a contract with this business. They said to contact at 417-396-8882. I called numerous times. never was answered always vm. always left a polite message asking for response or acknowledgement. NOTHING!!! I don't know why anyone in business would treat a customer or potential customer with this kind of disrespect or rudeness!!! I have a home warranty through American Home Shield and opened a claim nearly two weeks ago for floor drain stoppage and a leaky toilet. The work order was assigned and accepted by Kingdom Enterprises within 2 days. Kingdom Enterprises never contacted me regarding the order so I called them directly and left a detailed message on a voicemail that said it was Jeff with Kingdom Enterprises and I asked for a return call. Never got a call back so I called back to AHS who again contacted and left a message with Kingdom Enterprises and told us to wait another 48 hours. Meanwhile I have sewage backing up in my garage on a regular basis and we have to use water sparingly until the issue gets resolved. I again called Kingdom Enterprises and received no call back. Today I called AHS and the agent called Kingdom Enterprises while I was on the phone, speaking with Jeff who then told AHS they do not handle the types of requests On the work order. So now here we are waiting for another contractor to be assigned after two weeks. All Jeff at Kingdom Enterprises had to do in the beginning was either reject the work order from AHS or at least return my call so I could have gotten a new contractor assigned and we likely would already have this issue fixed by a qualified technician. I hope Kingdom Enterprises sees this review and realizes how they are impacting real people by their lack of customer service. Jeff, do the right thing and update your service contract with AHS so they don't assign work orders you can't fulfill and please please please reject the work order if you can't do the work!!!! On the other hand for people out there looking for a company that accepts work requests they cannot fulfill, takes the deductible from the home warranty company and then doesn't return phone calls, this is your guy. read more

Jeff did a fantastic job doing an A/C pre-check before summer. He did a thorough cleaning and assessment of our unit, and was able to give us some helpful tips to keep our system running well. He came out same day I called for an appointment, and was very professional. I would definitely recommend, and will call him first for any A/C needs in the future. read more

What a joke. AHS chose them to respond to our medically expedited service call for our AC which stopped working during heat wave. They actually showed up within a few hours of call so we we're hopeful. Tech diagnosed problem and didn't have the right sized part. He came back in morning with a higher powered part but still wrong size and still didn't work. He came in house and told me it wasn't that part, that we needed a new compressor ... telling me it could be one week or 9 weeks, that his boss was on the phone with AHS now. I called AHS after he left and they hadn't heard from contractor so she called him then. The owner told AHS that it wasn't the compressor and they needed a second opinion contractor to take the service request ... and then hung up on her! We then waited another 24 hours while AHS tried to find another contractor and had no choice but to find our own. Had an awesome company, Eagle, come out .... changed out the part with the correct size and determined that Kingdoms tech failed to hit the restart button inside the AC unit ... bingo, we had air! So Kingdom not only tried the wrong sized part, lied to us about needing a compressor, lied to us about calling AHS to order the compressor, hung up on AHS, left us standing ... but didn't even know their job or the equipment well enough to know there was a reset switch. Totally incompetent and unprofessional. I'm filing complaints with everyone I can and putting out the word - beware of this company - they'll leave you holding the bag! read more

Jeff did a great job replacing our Central Air unit, he was professional in his diagnosis of the problem. Ordered parts required and did a great job installing the new AC unit. I would highly recommend him for your heating and air conditioning repairs and general maintenance. read more
