They fixed the problem with my heat pump, so 2 stars but…read more...... 1. They don't make appointments, they only call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Because of this, one has to wait and hope that one is home when they can come by. 2. $80 for a service call no matter what. This does not include any routine maintenance/servicing. I called because the a/c was blowing hot like a heater, it was a thermostat wiring problem that took 5 minutes to fix. I get it, they are a business, but $80 to fix that? 3. They performed a visual inspection of my heat pump and reported that is was very clean for its age, no worries! But...I had to have another hvac company come out the next week because my a/c worked, but not very well. Turns out my heat pump was very dirty and freezing over! Can't believe this company didn't catch it, I'll never have business with them again. C&J Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling will be my go-to from here on out.

They happened to have an opening the next day, and I had my new water heater installed less than 24 hours after I first saw them, and for a price I could actually afford. Every person I dealt with at this company has been kind, personable, and knowledgable. This is a small local family owned business, and now I have a plumber I trust for any future needs. They also do HVAC, and I plan on using them for that, too. It's such a relief as a homeowner to have a great company to work with, and I highly recommend these folks. What a great experience!
